As they say, give me meat and I will change all ideas about cuisine. So it is here.

To prepare a steak, given that it is a “cut,” a rump steak or any first-grade beef is perfect. To make the steak juicy you need to take a little lard. It is not advisable to punch it in a meat grinder. The best option is to cut it into small cubes and add it to the twisted beef.

Classic steak with egg

To prepare a classic steak and egg, you need to use high-quality tenderloin. This dish is easy to prepare; the main thing is to choose quality meat.

  • 500 gr. beef tenderloins;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt;
  • 0.25-0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 4 eggs.

Cut the tenderloin into portions 2-3 cm wide. Now the meat needs to be placed on a cutting board, covered with cling film. Beat the meat a little with a hammer. There is no need to beat it hard, it is only important for us to slightly soften the meat.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the prepared steaks and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then carefully turn it over. Salt and pepper the meat.

Fry the second side for 2-3 minutes. Turn the steak over again and add salt and pepper on the other side.

Separately, in the remaining oil, cook fried eggs according to the number of cooked steaks. When serving, place the steaks on plates and pour over the meat juice formed in the pan. Place a fried egg on top of each steak.

Chopped minced steak with egg

A simple recipe for minced steak with egg will help you quickly prepare a tasty and impressive dish.

  • 400 gr. minced beef;
  • 4 eggs + 1 yolk;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 50 gr. butter;
  • salt, allspice to taste;
  • breadcrumbs - as needed.

Add egg yolk, salt and ground allspice to the minced meat, mix thoroughly and beat. Beating minced meat involves taking a lump of minced meat in your hands and throwing it forcefully into a bowl. Divide the minced meat into four parts, forming a round cake from each.

Roll minced steaks in breadcrumbs. Fry them in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side. Separately, cook scrambled eggs in butter. If there are no special molds, then it is better to fry one egg at a time, trying to achieve smooth edges of the fried egg. Place fried eggs on the finished steaks and serve the dish with any side dish.

You need to be able to cook meat properly, so it’s worth knowing a few basic secrets of cooking those same steaks so that they don’t turn out tough and tasteless:

  1. It is best to fry steaks with eggs in butter. Despite the fact that this method is considered very harmful, this is how the most correct crust is obtained;
  2. If the steak is prepared from minced meat or minced meat, it is better to pound it for some time to reduce the risk of falling apart during frying;
  3. If you don’t have time to marinate the meat, you can sprinkle it with balsamic vinegar before putting it in the pan - this is one of the secrets of chefs;
  4. For steaks, it is better not to use frozen meat, but to buy fresh;
  5. There is no need to add soaked bread to the minced meat for chopped beefsteaks, since the result will be ordinary cutlets that have nothing in common with beefsteaks;
  6. You should not pour oil into a frying pan for frying steaks with eggs, but apply a small amount with a brush. To understand whether the steak is ready, you can pierce it with a fork - if red meat juice appears, you need to fry it a little longer.

Pork steak with egg in the oven

You can cook a steak in the oven; we will cook it from minced pork.

  • 700 gr. pork pulp;
  • 0.5 glasses of milk;
  • 9 eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 gr. cheese;
  • salt, pepper, fresh herbs, suneli hops to taste.

Pass the pork through a meat grinder. It is advisable to use a grill with large holes. Grind the onion together with the pork. Salt and pepper the minced meat, add finely chopped herbs and suneli hops. Put one raw yolk. Mix well and beat out the minced meat.

Divide the minced meat into eight pieces. From each piece we form a boat-shaped cutlet. Place the pieces on a baking sheet greased with oil.

You can use foil or parchment to prevent the cutlets from sticking to the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then remove the pan with the steaks from the oven. Pour finely grated cheese into the recesses of the “boats”. Then break one raw egg there. You need to break it very carefully so as not to damage the yolk. Place in the oven and bake until the eggs are ready, about 15 minutes.

Beef steak with egg and mushrooms

Another delicious dish option is beef steak with egg and mushrooms. It turns out very tasty, and the dish is prepared simply and quickly.

  • 500 gr. minced beef;
  • 7 eggs;
  • 150 gr. champignons, oyster mushrooms or honey mushrooms;
  • 2 onions;
  • salt, allspice and other seasonings to taste;
  • a little mayonnaise;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Add raw yolk and finely grated onion (1 onion), salt, pepper and spices to your taste to the minced beef. Mix well and beat out. Divide the minced meat into six parts. From each part we form a round steak. Then use the bottom of a glass to make a depression in the center of each steak. You should get something similar to a cheesecake blank.

Beefsteak with poached egg

You can cook steak with a poached egg, it will turn out very tasty and original.

  • 300 gr. Fillet of beef;
  • 200 gr. pork fillet;
  • 2 onions;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 500 silt of water;
  • 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar;
  • salt, black pepper, vegetable oil - as needed.

The meat should be minced. Grind the onions together with the meat. The prepared minced meat should be salted and peppered, and then kneaded well and beaten. Divide the minced meat into three parts, forming three large round steaks.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. The oil must be hot, but it should not burn.

Important! If you place steaks in a cold frying pan, a crust will not form, which protects the meat from losing its juiciness.

Place the steaks in the hot oil and immediately reduce the heat to medium. Fry for about 7 minutes, then turn over and continue frying until done, that is, about 7 more minutes.

Let's prepare poached eggs. A small saucepan or saucepan is suitable for cooking. Pour water into it and bring to a boil. Salt the water, pour vinegar into it. Vinegar is necessary so that the protein quickly sets and does not spread.

Break the egg into a small bowl; the yolk must be whole. Stir the water in the saucepan in a circle with a spoon to form a funnel. Carefully pour the egg into this funnel. Next, we continue to stir the water little by little around the edge of the pan until the whites envelop the yolk. The yolk should remain liquid. You need to cook for 3-4 minutes. Then carefully remove the egg using a slotted spoon. Boil two more eggs in the same way. When serving, place the poached egg on the fried steaks.

Adjika, without which steak is boring

What will be needed (with reserve):

  • chilli peppers - 500 g;
  • fresh garlic - 400 g;
  • fresh dill - 70 g;
  • fresh parsley - 70 g;
  • blue basil - 70 g;
  • fresh coriander - 70 g;
  • coarse salt, non-iodized, rock salt - 70 g.

How to cook:

  1. Process the chili. Rinse. Dry. Do not remove seeds or cut pods.
  2. Remove the husks from the garlic.
  3. Rinse the greens thoroughly. Remove broken branches. Dry.
  4. Grind all prepared ingredients in a meat grinder with added salt. It is permissible to puree everything in a blender. If you still use a meat grinder, then you need to run the food through it at least three times.
  5. Next, the resulting mass must be placed in a glass container in a warm place for three to four days. then transfer to the refrigerator. Glass containers do not need to be sterilized.

Beefsteak with egg French style

You can cook steak and eggs in French. It is prepared with tomatoes and cheese.

  • 500 gr. minced meat;
  • 6 eggs;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 50 gr. cheese;
  • 1 onion;
  • 40 ml vegetable oil;
  • salt, black and allspice to taste.

Mix the minced meat with one yolk and spices, mix well and beat. Divide the minced meat into five parts and shape each part into a round steak. Place the steaks on a greased baking sheet.

Grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes and onions into rings. For each steak, place several onion rings, then 2-3 tomato rings, sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Separately, fry the scrambled eggs; when serving, place one fried egg on each steak.

With added bacon

Steak with bacon and egg on a bun makes a great snack on the go.

To prepare, just prepare:

  • burger bun;
  • beef burger patty;
  • 1 egg;
  • a slice of bacon;
  • a little sunflower and butter;
  • ½ clove of garlic;
  • 1 pickled cucumber;
  • 40 ml ketchup;
  • salt, spices.

The preparation stages consist of the following steps:

  1. The garlic is grated on a fine grater and mixed with melted butter.

  • 250 gr. beef tenderloins;
  • 140 gr. Luke;
  • 1 tablespoon flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the tenderloin into steaks 2-3 cm thick, beat the meat a little through the film. Salt and pepper the meat. Then fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked (3-4 minutes each).

Cut the onion into wide (about 0.5 cm) circles and separate the circles into rings. Salt the onion, roll the rings in flour. Fry the onion in a large amount of oil until a fried crust forms.

Separately fry the eggs. When serving, place the steak on a plate and pour over the meat juice from the frying pan. Place deep-fried onion rings on the steak and scrambled eggs on top of the onions. The best side dish for this dish is potatoes. It can be served fried, baked or boiled.
