Pork chops with tomatoes, garlic and cheese

You can cook pork chops with tomatoes and cheese very tasty and quickly in the oven according to a simple recipe with a photo.

Ingredients:

  • pork (tenderloin) – 500 g;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 200 g;
  • mayonnaise – 150 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • parsley - a few sprigs;
  • spices and herbs (optional);
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  • Cut the meat, washed and dried with a paper towel, into portions of at least 7 mm thick.

  • Having laid out the meat steaks on a work surface convenient for beating, cover them with cling film and beat them on both sides.

  • Place the pork steaks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with spices.

  • While the prepared meat is marinating, prepare the remaining ingredients of the dish, cut the tomatoes into slices and onion into half rings.

  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the herbs and garlic (can be combined together in one container).

  • Place the onion on the chops and cover it with mayonnaise. However, it is more convenient to mix the onion with mayonnaise in advance, and then spread the spicy mixture over the chops.

  • Place tomato slices on the onion, sprinkle with herbs, garlic and cheese.

  • Bake pork chops in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180°.


Step-by-step cooking method with photos “merchant style meat”

In this version, in addition to meat and tomatoes, mushrooms are used. They add a special note to the taste, and spices and cheese make the dish unique, tender and surprisingly appetizing. Your guests will definitely be satisfied, and most importantly, it doesn’t take much time to prepare. List of ingredients:

  • Pork (neck) – 0.5 kg;
  • Fresh champignons – 150 g;
  • Tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
  • Cheese – 150 g;
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g;
  • Pepper, salt.

Cut the pork neck across the grain into portions, no more than one centimeter thick.

Place the pieces of meat on a thick wooden board, cover with two or three layers of cling film and beat with a special hammer as shown in the photo. Do not overdo this procedure; the pork should not become “transparent”.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, place the chops on it, sprinkle them with salt and pepper to taste.

Tomatoes can be blanched and cut into slices, or you can leave the skin on, to your taste. Place the tomato rings over the meat.

The champignons must be washed, peeled from the caps, and then chopped into thin slices. Grate the cheese on a medium or coarse grater.

Sprinkle ½ of the grated cheese on the tomatoes, and evenly place the mushroom slices on it.

The next step is to create a thin mesh of mayonnaise. The easiest way to do this is to pour it into a thick plastic bag, then cut off a small corner, so you can squeeze out the mayonnaise in a thin stream.

Season the mixture with a little salt and pepper again and spread the rest of the cheese. Bake chops with tomatoes and cheese in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for at least 20-25 minutes.

PS: the side dish can be any at your discretion (mashed potatoes, pasta, vegetable salads, etc.).

Let's cook delicious pork chops in the oven according to a simple recipe in batter with tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • pork – 800 g;
  • champignons – 300 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • cheese – 250 g;
  • parsley - a couple of sprigs;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt, spices.

For the batter:

  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • milk – 2 tbsp. l;
  • flour.

Preparation:

  • Cut the prepared pork into slices, beat on both sides, salt and sprinkle with spices. Leave the pork chops for 15-20 minutes so that the meat is slightly saturated with salt and spices.

  • In a separate container, beat the eggs, add milk, salt and spices, stir. Place another container of flour nearby.

  • Fry pre-chopped mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil.

  • Dredge the chops in flour, then in egg batter, and fry in a well-heated frying pan.

  • Place the fried chops on a baking sheet, distribute the filling on top in layers: fried mushrooms and onions, chopped parsley, tomato slices, pre-grated cheese.

  • Bake pork chops in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

Cooking chop with mushrooms, onions and cheese with sour cream

To diversify your daily diet, I suggest preparing a hearty and tasty main course, chop with mushrooms and cheese.

We will need:

  • Pork chops – 500-600 grams
  • Mushrooms - 100-200 grams
  • Cheese -150 grams
  • Onion - 1-2 pieces
  • Sour cream - 200 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Pepper - 1 pinch

Preparation:

Wash the meat, dry it and cut into portions. Gently pound the meat with a hammer, but not too thin so that the pork does not dry out during cooking.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and place the meat there. Fry over high heat on both sides to seal all the meat juices inside.
