Having a fairly inexpensive ingredient in stock, you can prepare both a simple soup and a festive dinner. Today, let’s find a way to prepare a delicious, festive dinner from an ordinary set of products.

    Today I decided to try to cook not a whole chicken, but just a fillet. And I got very tender, juicy and satisfying chicken chops with mushrooms and cheese. If you don’t like mushrooms or don’t want to add them, then, of course, you can cook chicken chops simply in cheese batter, but with mushrooms this dish turns out to be more festive.

    Required Products:

    • 2 chicken breasts;
    • 150 g Mozzarella cheese;
    • 1 tbsp. l. homemade mayonnaise;
    • 20 g butter;
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • ½ tsp. salt;
    • 1/3 tsp. ground black pepper;
    • A bunch of fresh dill or 1 tsp. dry.

    Step by step recipe:

    1. To begin, wash each breast well, dry it with a paper towel and cut it lengthwise into 3 pieces to make 6 thin pieces. Cover them with film and beat them with a hammer. The film is needed to prevent the meat from tearing.

    2. Salt each piece, pepper only on one side, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Massage well with your hands so that the spices disperse throughout the meat. Place grated cheese on 3 pieces. Top with three chops.

    3. Grease a ceramic or glass baking dish with butter and place the stuffed chops in one layer. Lubricate the top with mayonnaise using a silicone brush. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Products:

    • 1 large chicken fillet;
    • 2 medium tomatoes;
    • 300 g of any hard cheese;
    • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
    • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
    • ½ tsp. salt;
    • ¼ tsp. black pepper;
    • 1 tsp. dried garlic.

    Step by step recipe:

    1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin slices. Lightly beat on both sides. At this stage, the main thing is not to overdo it. Chicken meat is tender and cooks quickly, so you shouldn’t beat it too hard.

    2. Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into thin slices. Three cheese on a grater.

    3. Salt and pepper the meat on one side, rub in the spices. Lightly grease the bottom of the glass mold with vegetable oil. Place the pieces with the spiced side down. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top. For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dried garlic in a bowl. Grease the chops.

    4. Place tomato slices on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. There is no need to cover the form.

    Recipe for making chicken chops with cheese: 1. In cold running water, wash the chicken breasts with paper napkins or a towel, dry them, then cut them into separate fillets.

    Today I hasten to share an amazing recipe that I discovered just the other day in one of the cooking magazines - Chicken fillet with cheese in a frying pan. My friends – this is something with something! Not only is the recipe surprisingly simple, it takes no more than twenty minutes to prepare the dish, but it is also surprisingly delicious!!!

    In addition, Chicken fillet with cheese in a frying pan turns out very beautiful and original, just like in a restaurant, the meat is juicy and melts in your mouth. Moreover, to create this culinary masterpiece you only need an ordinary frying pan, honestly, just a frying pan, a stove, and that’s it - no ovens, grills or other creations of civilization that can turn our dish into a restaurant delicacy.

    And yet, as a bonus, we still have a delicious tomato sauce, which I poured into the boiled pasta, mixed and served as a side dish. It turned out great!

    Well, I won’t describe my delight for a long time, but I’ll start with a step-by-step description of the preparation of this wonderful dish: “Chicken fillet with cheese in a frying pan.” As always, I publish the recipe with photos.

    So, for two large chicken breast fillets you need to take:

    Tomatoes, three or four the size of a child's fist,

    One large and preferably fleshy tomato,

    Garlic, three to four medium-sized cloves,

    Ten slices of hard cheese,

    Dried basil about a teaspoon, salt, pepper,

    The original oil for frying was olive oil, but I don’t like olive oil, so I replaced it with regular, odorless sunflower oil.

    The chicken fillet needs to be beaten, not thin and not thick, as in the photo. Salt and pepper.

    Place in a frying pan heated with oil and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side.

    While the fillet is fried, peel and chop the garlic.

    Cut the tomatoes into cubes, and cut a large tomato in half and cut each half into thin slices.

    Remove the finished fillet from the pan onto a plate.

    Add oil and garlic to the pan, fry a little and add diced tomatoes, sprinkle with basil. Take basil to taste, I added a little more than half a teaspoon. Add a little salt.

    We will simmer the tomatoes until soft. If the liquid from the tomatoes has evaporated, you can add a little water.

    While the tomatoes are stewing, cut the cheese into slices 0.3 - 0.5 centimeters thick.

    Place fried pieces of chicken fillet into the prepared tomatoes, place alternate slices of tomato and cheese on top of the meat, and sprinkle basil on top.

    Cover it all with a lid and turn down the heat. I have 12 positions on the burner control, I turned down the heat to 10.

    Now we will heat our chicken fillet with cheese and tomatoes under the lid until the cheese is completely melted.

    Place the finished chicken fillet with cheese in a frying pan on plates and serve.

    7. Pour a little oda onto a baking sheet and place it in a hot oven. Bake the dish until cooked at a temperature of 190-200 degrees.

    It is recommended to serve the finished chops immediately after cooking, garnished with fresh herbs.

    If desired, you can prepare a side dish: pasta, rice, potatoes. But this dish can do without any additions.
