Honey sweetness and aromatic herbs perfectly complement fresh veal or pork. Pork is best suited for cooking meat in Georgian style, but you can marinate both veal and lamb in spicy sauce. For one kilogram of Georgian roast you will need:

  • a bunch of herbs (parsley, basil and dill);
  • 1 table. a spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise;
  • 2 table. spoons of natural honey;
  • 1 table. spoon of lemon juice;
  • salt and ground black pepper.

Before cooking, wash pork or veal thoroughly, dry and cut into small pieces.

  • French mustard - 2 tsp;
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the pork neck and pat it dry with a paper towel. Grind cardamom seeds and hot pepper in a mortar. Remove the top dry crusts.

  2. Rub the piece of meat very well with coarse or regular salt and a mixture of spices, rubbing in on all sides.

  3. Mix honey, balsamic sauce, French and hot mustard, dry garlic well in one plate. Coat the neck with marinade on all sides and leave to marinate for at least 2-2.5 hours at room temperature or about 6 hours in the refrigerator.

  4. Place the marinated meat in a baking sleeve, secure the edges and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 2-2.5 hours. During cooking, turn over every 30 minutes.

  5. Let the baked pork stand for a while so that it cools and absorbs the juices that were released during baking. It can be served hot as a main dish, or cooled as an appetizer or ingredient for sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • Pork steak – 3 pcs.;
  • Soy sauce – 100 ml;
  • Sesame – 50 g;
  • Ginger root - to taste;
  • Honey – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • Sunflower oil;
  • Garlic – 1 head;
  • Pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. To begin, press the garlic through a press. Transfer it to a large bowl. Grate the ginger on a fine grater or simply pour out the dried ginger powder. Melt 4 tablespoons of honey in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Place in a bowl with soy sauce.

  2. Mix everything well. Place the pork steaks in the prepared marinade, cover with a lid or film and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
