Stewed pork with beans in tomato sauce
- 1 b. beans in tomato sauce;

How to cook:

- Peel the carrots, then chop them into long thin strips. You can grate it, but then it quickly loses its appetizing appearance;
- Stir all the products again and pour a glass of water into them. Reduce heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer until cooked, the meat should become soft. If the water has boiled away and the meat is still tough, you need to add a little liquid. Stir a couple of times;
- Remove the lid and add beans in tomato sauce. Add very little spices, since the can of beans already has them;
- Cut the bell pepper into strips, removing the seeds and stem. Add to other products;
- Close the lid and simmer for another fifteen minutes. If there is very little liquid again, it needs to be added. It is better to replace water with broth;
- Chop the garlic with a knife as finely as possible. Wash and chop the greens too, add at the very end of cooking. Let it brew for ten minutes.
