The following variation of the recipe, in principle, can be considered a variation of the famous French meat. Very good for those who love cheese in all its forms.

So, we need to take: a kilogram of boneless pork, 200 grams of hard cheese, a couple of onions, a little vegetable oil, a couple of potatoes, half a glass of sour cream, 2 eggs. Add salt and spices to the composition according to your taste preferences. In addition, you should take into account: some types of cheese are too salty - in this case, salt may not be needed at all.

Recipe for “Steppe Pork”:

Cut the meat into chops and beat them (I put the pieces in a bag - no splashes).
Let's prepare a “coat” for our chops: grate raw potatoes on a coarse grater, finely chop onions, herbs, grated or minced garlic, mix everything, salt, pepper, add eggs, mayonnaise or sour cream (2 tbsp) and flour . Mix everything. Fry the meat hidden in the “coat” in hot oil.

Fry, turning carefully, until golden brown.

How to cook steppe-style pork for the holiday:

  1. Rinse each steak thoroughly, dry it, pound it on both sides (a properly pounded piece of pork almost doubles in size);
  2. Cut each steak into two equal parts, add salt and pepper;
  3. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, and then pour into a fairly deep container;
  4. Peel the potatoes, rinse the potatoes themselves and chop them using a coarse grater;
  5. Transfer potato chips to onion cubes;
  6. Beat eggs into the potato-onion mixture, add flour, dilute with three tablespoons of sour cream, finely chopped herbs and garlic;
  7. Season the dough with salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly until the mass becomes homogeneous;
  8. Cover each part of the chop evenly with the resulting mixture (as a result, all steaks should seem to be covered with a “fur coat”);
  9. Pour oil into the frying pan, wait until it warms up thoroughly and place portioned pieces of pork on top of it;
  10. Fry the chop on both sides until golden brown;
  11. Place the half-cooked meat on the bottom of a baking dish;
  12. Mix the remaining sour cream with the extra cream, and then pour this sauce over the pieces of meat;
  13. Cover the form with foil and put it in the oven, where the dish will be cooked for another 45 minutes at a temperature of 200˚C (half an hour after the start of cooking, the foil will need to be removed so that the meat has a crispy crust);

This recipe is quite easy to prepare steppe-style meat. And a novice housewife can cope with the task. The main thing is to strictly adhere to the recommendations.

First step. Wash the meat tenderloin in cool water. Let's remove everything hard and unnecessary. Films and tendons spoil the taste of the finished dish. Cut the flesh into steaks.
