When preparing navy-style options, you can immediately fry the meat with mushrooms, and add the boiled curls after. But to make it juicier and more satisfying, it is better to simmer large pieces of beef with onions in a frying pan, and then use a blender to turn them into minced meat. Let's begin!

Ingredients:

  • Pasta – 250 grams;
  • Beef meat (or pork, turkey, chicken) – 400-500 grams;
  • Onions – 2 pieces;
  • Mushrooms – 120 grams;
  • Greens - to taste;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Dried garlic – 1 teaspoon;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

Cooking process:

1. Let's prepare the products. The meat I take is beef. But you can use it with pork, chicken or turkey. According to your taste. We also take any pasta, from spaghetti to nests. Place the frying pan on the stove. Pour some vegetable oil into it. Let's warm it up.

2. Cut one onion into large cubes. Send to fry until golden brown and transparent. Chop the meat into large squares. We send it to our vegetable. Fry, stirring over high heat, so that it is scorched on top and not raw.

This way it will become a little golden brown and retain all its juices inside. In this way, fry it for seven to ten minutes, stirring continuously so as not to burn.

3. Add a little hot water to the frying pan to stew the meat. Reduce the heat to below medium. Salt and pepper to taste. Add dried garlic. Mix everything. Cover with a lid. Simmer for ten minutes.

4. Meanwhile, boil the pasta. We put water in a saucepan to boil on the stove. When this happens, salt it. Afterwards we add approximately 250 grams of products. Cook them until done as directed on the package.

5. While we are cutting the second onion. We clear it of husks. Chop into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. We divide them into thin slices.

Today I have champignons, so they do not require pre-heat treatment. But if you take forest varieties, then it is better to boil them in salted water for about 20-30 minutes.

6. Our meat has already been stewed for ten minutes. Turn off the frying pan. Transfer it to a separate bowl. The pasta was also boiled. Drain the water from them through a sieve or colander. Can be washed with cold water. For now, set them aside, covering them with a towel to prevent them from getting windy.

7. In the frying pan where we cooked the meat we will fry mushrooms and onions. Pour some vegetable oil on it. Let's warm it up. First add finely chopped onions. Fry it until beautiful golden color. Then add mushrooms to it. Keep everything until ready. When they arrive, turn off the fire. We make them from the burner.

8. Our meat has already cooled down. Place it in the bowl of an immersion blender. Grind in it. The result is a medium grind. Not large, but not small minced meat either.

It comes out much juicier and tastier than when we fry it.

9. Now add our meat to the fried mushrooms and onions. Put it on the stove again. Turn on low heat. Mix everything. Warm it up a little. You can add a little green pepper to taste.

10. Add boiled pasta to the frying pan. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Warm up over low heat. To make the dish more flavorful, add a little parsley or dill. Shuffle and you're done.

The result is incredibly tasty curls with juicy meat and mushrooms. Enjoy your meal!

With added cheese

Pasta fried in a frying pan with any minced meat will turn out much tastier and more aromatic if you generously sprinkle it with grated cheese at the final stage of cooking.

It’s impossible to refuse such a delicious dish!

The ingredients you will need to prepare it are almost the same:

  • pasta (it’s better to take spaghetti) – 0.4 kg;
  • minced meat – 0.3 kg;
  • butter – 40 g;
  • hard cheese – 40 g;
  • salt;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • spices.

In this case, a similar technique is used:

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water. After this, the pasta should be rinsed well and returned to the pan for a while.
  2. Gently grate the cheese on a grater with medium holes.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan. You can make it more aromatic by adding chopped garlic and your favorite spices at the very end.
  4. Add boiled spaghetti to the minced meat and mix.
  5. Sprinkle the dish directly with grated cheese on the plate.

The ideal addition to this dish would be a salad or chopped fresh vegetables.

Navy pasta with minced meat and carrots

Making pasta is simple. Boil them in salted water and they're done. But eating empty ones is sad. Therefore, they can be varied with minced meat and carrots.

According to this recipe, they turn out incredibly tasty and beautiful. The carrots give them color. You can decorate the top with finely chopped herbs. Go!

Ingredients:

  • Pasta – 350 grams;
  • Onions – 180 grams;
  • Carrots – 130 grams;
  • Minced meat or stewed meat – 640 grams;
  • Garlic – 4 cloves;
  • Ground turmeric – 1 teaspoon;
  • Ground paprika – 1 tablespoon;
  • Ground black pepper – ½ teaspoon;
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons;
  • Water – 700 milliliters;
  • Salt - to taste.

Cooking process:

1. Pour about four tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan. Warming up. Peel the onions. Then finely chop. Place it on a heated surface. Simmer over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

It should become soft, golden and transparent.

2. Cut the carrots into thin sticks. Place it on the onion. Simmer for three minutes. Mix. We introduce minced meat into our vegetables. We simmer everything until ready. If you don’t have it, you can take stewed meat. Add spices: a tablespoon of sweet paprika, a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of ground black pepper. Squeeze 4 cloves of garlic. We shuffle everything.

3. Cover with a lid. Simmer over medium heat for five minutes. Then add 350 grams of pasta. Let's equalize them. Mix.

We don’t have them boiled, but dry.

Pour 700 milliliters of water into the frying pan.

4. Cover everything with a lid. Let's boil. Simmer over medium heat until done. When the pasta is ready, stir. Remove from heat.

5. Place our dish on plates. Serve to the table.

The result was cool spirals and tender meat with vegetables. It's nourishing and beautiful. Enjoy your meal!
