- 0.5 cups flour. I don’t see any difference between using flour from different manufacturers in baking. The most important thing is to sift it before adding it. Even if it sits in the bag for a long time, the flour will be saturated with oxygen and the dough will become more fluffy and airy.
- 0.5 cups semolina. Cereals are quite a filling product. When adding it to a pie, be sure that it will be able to satiate you for a long time, unlike other sweets.
