It cooks quickly and looks festive on the plate.

Let's take:

  • 200 g honey mushrooms;
  • onion;
  • 200 g boiled pork;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 120 g cheese;
  • 180 g mayonnaise;
  • a jar of corn;
  • parsley for decoration.

The first step is to boil the mushrooms. If they are dried, soak them first, and fresh ones are processed (damaged areas are cut off), washed, and filled with cold water. We put it on fire, and when foam appears, change the liquid.

Usually 40 minutes is enough for honey mushrooms to become completely usable, but this depends on the size.

Since the mushrooms will be the last layer, while we begin to assemble the base:

  1. Place a finely chopped piece of meat in the first layer.
  2. Cover it with onions sautéed in sunflower oil.
  3. Apply a layer of mayonnaise.
  4. Next come boiled eggs, which are pre-chopped.
  5. Lay out the corn.
  6. Mayonnaise again.
  7. It's the honey mushrooms' turn. If they are large, then cut them. Small ones can simply be used to cover the eggs.
  8. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and decorate with herbs.

Salad with pork and mushrooms is ready.

With pickled onions

This preparation of the onions will give a bright accent to the dish.

Pickling onions is required so that the vegetable loses its bitterness and acquires a piquant sourness.

The amount of ingredients is not indicated, it all depends on your taste. Pickle the onion. We first clean it, rinse it and cut it into large rings or half rings.

Place in a marinade of boiled water and vinegar (2 tsp per 50 ml). Leave for 15 minutes and drain the liquid. Mix with chopped meat. Add salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise sauce.

New Year's potato salad with beef

New Year's potato salad with beef is an excellent solution not only for New Year's, but also for any holiday table. It looks very elegant and bright, and the amazing taste will bring only positive emotions.

Ingredients:

  • Borodino bread - 3 slices
  • Quail eggs - 6 pcs.
  • Beef - 150 gr.
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100g.
  • Pickled gherkins - 80g.
  • Red onion - 1 pc.
  • Cilantro, salt, ground black pepper and olive oil - to taste

Preparation:

Cut off the crust of Borodino bread and cut the flesh into large rectangles. In a slightly heated frying pan, fry the bread for several minutes, without adding oil to the frying pan. Boil, cool and peel the quail eggs. Wash the beef and boil until fully cooked in salted water. At the same time, set 3 washed potatoes to boil.

When the meat and potatoes are ready, they should be cooled.

When all the ingredients are prepared, we start cutting. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into two parts. Wash the gherkins and cut them in half lengthwise. We also cut the peeled eggs into two parts. You don’t need to peel the boiled potatoes, but simply cut them into medium-sized cubes. Cut the beef into thin slices. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into strips. Wash and dry the cilantro.

Now in a deep container mix potatoes, beef, onions, tomatoes, eggs, cucumbers and cilantro. Mix everything thoroughly, add salt, pepper and season with olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly and decorate with crackers.

With pickles

With a small set of ingredients, you can prepare a snack.

We only need:

  • 2 salted or pickled cucumbers;
  • 200 g of prepared meat;
  • 2 boiled potatoes;
  • bulb;
  • ½ bunch of green onions;

We send the pork first for heat treatment. Stirring constantly, wait until all the liquid has evaporated. Add soy sauce and continue frying until a nice crust appears.

Throw the onions and carrots into the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes and add bell pepper. After a couple of minutes, you can balance the taste with all the seasonings and salt.

A few more minutes and you can put it on plates. Don't wait, the dish is served warm.

Khe meat salad with eggplant

This recipe uses exclusively veal, because only it goes well with eggplant. You, of course, can try to prepare this recipe with pork or chicken, but believe me, it’s the veal that will make this salad so rich and tasty that you can’t even imagine.

Ingredients:

  • Veal – 300 gr.;
  • Carrots – 1 pc.;
  • Eggplants – 3 pcs.;
  • Pepper – 3 pcs.;
  • Vinegar – 3 tbsp;
  • Oil (vegetable) – 4 tbsp;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Pepper – 0.5 tsp;
  • Salt – 10 g;
  • Spices – 20 gr.;
  • Greens – 1 bunch.

Preparation:

Cut the meat into thin strips, add salt, vinegar and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

We also cut fresh eggplants into thin strips, add a spoonful of salt and leave in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

Squeeze out the meat, grate the carrots, chop the garlic, and cut the bell pepper into strips.

Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over it. Add to the pan with meat, sprinkle with Korean spices, pepper and soy sauce.

Squeeze the eggplants and fry in vegetable oil over high heat. Mix the salad well and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 6-8 hours.

The cooking method differs in that vegetables (onions and carrots) will be fried rather than boiled.

We will prepare the following products:

  • 400 g boiled pork tenderloin;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 carrots;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • garlic;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 2 packs of rye crackers.

Let's start preparing the "Obzhorka" salad. Thoroughly wash and clean the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and three carrots. Sauté everything with oil in a hot frying pan. Place in a cup, squeezing out excess fat with a spoon.

Here we add the meat, cut into strips. Squeeze the excess liquid out of the cucumbers and give them the same shape as the pork. Squeeze the garlic and stir.

You can decorate the salad in different ways. The main thing is that the crackers do not have time to become saturated with moisture.

In our case, we will lay out the contents of the cup in a slide. Sprinkle crackers on top, make a mesh of mayonnaise, salt and garnish with fresh herbs.

General principles for preparing beef and carrot salad

• Meat for salad should be fresh and of high quality, light red in color.

• It is better to place beef for preparing salad in boiling water (you can add soy sauce). Because when the meat is cooked, it will become a particularly tender and juicy ingredient for the future salad.

• To add flavor and freshness to the salad, it is better to add young carrots.

• It is better to choose mayonnaise for salad that is not fatty, especially if the salad is intended to use oil. Or, if desired, mayonnaise can be replaced with some mixture of sour cream and soy sauce.

• Also, all the necessary vegetables in the salad should be used in ripe and ripe form. This is the kind of look that should arouse any person’s appetite and desire to eat a beef and carrot salad.

Salad “Merchant” with meat

There are many variations of the dish. Let's use the most popular one.

The set of products is small:

  • boiled piece of meat – 250 g;
  • canned peas - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • spices.

For the marinade:

  • water – 50 ml;
  • vinegar 9% – 2 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tsp.

Pour the prepared mixture over the onions, cut into half rings, and leave while we prepare the remaining ingredients for the “Merchant” salad.

Peel the carrots, chop them on a coarse grater and fry them using sunflower oil. Don't go for a golden color. It will be enough when it softens a little. Mix with diced meat.

Add the onions (drain the marinade) and peas here. Season with sauce, salt and pepper.

Classic recipe for Korean carrots with seasoning

With a special seasoning, preparing this delicious dish is even easier, because it already contains all the necessary spices for marinating. Preparation takes 10 minutes.

The seasoning can be purchased either spicy or non-spicy - this is indicated on the packaging. But you can always add spice yourself using ground red pepper.

You can grate the carrots using a regular grater, but if you want to make them as in the original recipe - in long narrow strips, then you will need a special grater. It is sold at any kitchenware store.

  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp with a heap of special seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. 9% vinegar

1. Grate peeled carrots, squeeze garlic into it, add seasoning.

2. Pour oil and vinegar into a heated frying pan and bring to a boil.

3. Pour the hot mixture into the grated mass, stir thoroughly.

You will need:

  • 1 kg peeled carrots
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. 70% vinegar
  • 0.5-1 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/3 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cilantro (dried or fresh)

You can store the snack in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container for two weeks.

Caesar with pork

When preparing a salad with pork, you cannot do without a piece of chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 250 g cheese;
  • 250 g chicken breast;
  • a pack of crackers (preferably white);
  • 150 g green salad;
  • 150 g boiled pork;
  • mayonnaise.

First of all, fry the meat. Cut a piece of pork and brisket into very thin strips and quickly fry in a hot frying pan with the addition of olive oil (if you don’t have it, use sunflower oil). Pour without fat into a deep cup.

Let's prepare:

  • Korean carrots – 200 g;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • pork without fat – 250 g;
  • greenery.

We wash the meat, remove veins and film, and cut into strips. Fry covered in a frying pan with sunflower oil until cooked. Transfer the pieces to a suitable large bowl.

Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds and also cut into thin strips. Drain all the marinade from the carrots. Mix everything with chopped herbs. The dressing in this case will be boiling sunflower oil.

Cooking option with vegetables

  • sweet fresh pepper – 4 pcs.;
  • onion – 3 pcs.;
  • pork loin – 600 g;
  • tomato paste – 35 g;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • soybean sauce – 100 ml;
  • green beans – 200 g;
  • vinegar (apple/wine) – 30 g;
  • oil;
  • salt and spices - optional;
  • starch – 35 g.
  • Time: 130 min.

    Calorie content: 129.6 kcal.

    1. We carefully wash the loin and, using a sharp knife, divide it into long strips. We try to keep the width to 1 cm.
    2. Lightly beat the resulting meat parts.
    3. Peel a clove of garlic and chop it very finely.
    4. We add 1/3 of the prepared soy sauce and vinegar to the crushed clove.
    5. After generous kneading, pour the resulting mixture over the pork slices.
    6. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
    7. While the pulp is marinating, remove the seeds and stems from the peppers, wash and chop into thin strips.
    8. We wash the peeled onions and chop them into half rings.
    9. Remove the outer shell of the remaining garlic cloves and chop using a fine grater.
    10. In a bowl, combine 1/3 of the soybean sauce and chopped ingredients.
    11. We carefully roll the marinated meat slices in starch and place them in a frying pan, which we first grease with oil and heat.
    12. Bring the pork until golden and transfer it to the cauldron.
    13. Place the cauldron on low heat and simmer the meat, covering it with a lid.
    14. Meanwhile, transfer the green beans to the frying pan in which the meat was fried, and sauté the beans for a couple of minutes.
    15. We add tomato paste and the remaining soy sauce to the cauldron with pork, mix and add the semi-finished vegetable and the previously prepared mixture of peppers and onions.
    16. Cook the dish for about half an hour, stirring occasionally. Be sure to try and add your favorite spices to taste.

    General salad with beets and pork

    The method of preparing the appetizer will remind you of “Herring under a fur coat.”

    We will need:

    • pork – 300 g;
    • eggs – 3 pcs.;
    • carrots – 200 g;
    • beets – 200 g;
    • garlic – 2 cloves;
    • hard cheese – 150 g;
    • mayonnaise – 200 g.

    First of all, we need to boil everything until fully cooked. Meat in salted water, eggs separately and vegetables in another pan. Let everything cool and clean.

    Salad "Meat"

    The main difference between the “Meat” salad and other salads with beef is the relatively small amount of ingredients. However, despite this, all components of the dish fit each other perfectly, which creates an indescribable taste palette.

    Ingredients:

    • Hard cheese - 200 gr.
    • Eggs - 4 pcs.
    • Beef - 500 gr.
    • Mayonnaise - 200 gr.
    • Purple onion - to taste
    • Salt - 3 tsp.
    • Vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.

    Preparation:

    Boil the beef until fully cooked.

    The meat should be cooked together with onions and spices. This will make it more aromatic and have a pleasant taste.

    Boil, cool and peel the eggs. Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into half rings and pour in a mixture of 2 tbsp. l. water and 2 tbsp. l. vinegar. Now the onion should be left for 20 minutes to marinate.

    We disassemble the cooled meat into fibers. Three eggs on a medium grater. Three cheeses on a coarse grater. Now let's start forming the salad.

    1. The first layer is pickled onions;
    2. The second layer is mayonnaise;
    3. The third layer is beef (this layer should be lightly salted);
    4. The fourth layer is mayonnaise;
    5. The fifth layer is egg and cheese.

    The finished salad should be left in the refrigerator for a while so that it is well soaked, and only then served.

    Warm salad with pork

    The taste in this salad is largely based on the heat treatment of the main ingredient - pork. Baked meat will make it filling, and vegetables will add the missing lightness.

    Required components:

    • pork meat – 550 g;
    • oil;
    • Bulgarian pepper;
    • sugar – 5 g;
    • porcini mushrooms – 300 g;
    • lemon juice – 40 ml;
    • cherry – 250 g;
    • vinegar - 1 tbsp. l (ideally balsamic);
    • a bunch of lettuce;
    • beans – 300 g (green);
    • several cloves of garlic;
    • oil – 65 ml.

    Time spent: approximately 40 minutes (no more).

    Calorie content: 160 kcal.

    1. Dry the washed meat;
    2. Separately mix 30 ml of olive oil, 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice and pepper and salt. Rub the pork with this mixture and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for an hour;
    3. Line the pan with foil coated with cooking oil and lay out the pork meat. Cook at 200 C for an hour;
    4. Wash the lettuce leaves several times and drain in a colander. The procedure is necessary to drain the water;
    5. Thinly slice the washed champignons into slices;
    6. Heat the oil. Fry green beans and mushrooms. Add salt and cook until tender over moderate heat or until the liquid has evaporated;
    7. Remove the stem from the pepper, cut off the seeds and cut into strips;
    8. Cut cherry in half;
    9. To make the dressing, mix the remaining lemon juice, oil, vinegar, pressed garlic and sugar. Mix;
    10. Cut the meat, ready by this time, into pieces;
    11. Line a plate with salad and lightly drizzle with dressing;
    12. Place the warm salad and pour over the dressing.

    Khe salad with meat and cabbage

    A fairly easy recipe that you can prepare very quickly. The cooking time for this salad depends on the choice of meat, we advise you to use veal. And while it is cooking, you will have time to prepare all the ingredients, and then just mix them.

    Ingredients:

    • Veal – 300 gr.;
    • Cabbage – 500 gr.;
    • Onion – 2 pcs.;
    • Oil (vegetable) – 100 ml;
    • Garlic – 1 pc.;
    • Dill (dry) – 1 tsp;
    • Vinegar – 30 ml;
    • Pepper – 5 gr.;
    • Salt – 5 g;
    • Sugar – 5 g;
    • Spices (Korean) - to taste.

    Preparation:

    Cut the meat into strips, add sugar, vinegar and salt. Set aside for 2 hours.

    Chop the cabbage, add vinegar, salt, spices and a little.

    Separate the meat from the marinade and pour it into a pan with cabbage. Sprinkle the meat with cabbage with dill and garlic.

    Cut the onion into thin rings and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

    Cool, mix and place the salad in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

    • a couple of cloves of garlic;
    • eggs – 4 pcs. (hard boil);
    • add mayonnaise and salt to taste;
    • walnuts (peeled) - 1 cup.
