  • spicy carrots - 220 g;
  • mayonnaise - 120 g;

Recently, while visiting, I had the opportunity to try this appetizer. I really liked it. True, the filling was different. Since I really love Korean carrots, I decided to prepare such a dish with them. It turned out even tastier!

Ingredients:

  • One long thin pita bread
  • Half a medium bunch of dill
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 350 grams cabbage
  • 150 grams of Korean carrots
  • Medium bulb

Preparation:

1. Finely chop the cabbage. Place it in a large bowl. We free the Korean carrots from excess moisture. If necessary, trim it with scissors. We send it to the cabbage.

2.Grate three pickled cucumbers. If they were too watery inside, you need to drain this brine. Finely chop the onion and dill. We put all these products into a common bowl.

3. Add mayonnaise here and mix everything thoroughly. We distribute this salad evenly over our pita bread. If there are dry gaps left somewhere, you can add mayonnaise there. Roll it into a very tight roll.

4.Now, as I noted in previous recipes, the roll needs to be soaked in the refrigerator. We first cover it with cling film so that the juice does not leak.
