Cooking method:

  1. Let's prepare all the products that we will need to prepare the minced meat roll. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Defrost the minced meat and transfer it to a deep bowl. Of course, it is better to use fresh minced meat that has not been previously frozen. And even better - cooked with your own hands. For this dish, you can use mixed minced pork and beef. Add chopped onion to the minced meat, add salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil.
  3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the greens, dry and chop.
  4. Unwrap the lavash. Spread the minced meat in an even layer on a sheet of lavash. Place pieces of tomatoes on top of the minced meat and add a little salt.
  5. Sprinkle everything with cheese. Next, distribute the greens evenly over the pita bread and grease with mayonnaise mixed with sour cream. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Roll the pita bread into a roll and carefully place it in the mold. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees.

How to make it with cottage cheese

An excellent addition to breakfast would be a lavash pie with cottage cheese.

It consists of the following components:

  • butter – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • lavash – 3 pcs.;
  • curd mass – 400 g;
  • granulated sugar – 150 g;
  • chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
  • vanillin – 5 g;
  • cinnamon – 15 g.

Step-by-step baking:

  1. Beat the curd mass with granulated sugar (2 tbsp).
  2. Add a piece of melted butter, vanillin and cinnamon to the ingredients, mix the mixture.
  3. Lubricate the pita bread generously with the resulting mixture and roll them into rolls.
  4. Place the products in a greased mold.
  5. In a deep bowl, mix the remaining sugar, egg and kefir, pour this sauce over the pie.

Preparing the filling from sticks is very easy and quick. The ingredients are all very simple, so the dish is suitable for everyone.

Required:

  • pita;
  • package of crab sticks (8 pcs.);
  • 3-4 boiled chicken eggs;
  • processed cheese (you need to take those that can be grated, the simplest ones are “Orbita”, “Friendship” and so on);
  • a few cloves of garlic (depend on taste);
  • salt - as needed;
  • mayonnaise, natural yogurt or sour cream.

If you have fresh herbs, you can add them too, it will improve the taste and make it fresher!

Preparation:

  1. Boil the eggs, cool in cold water, then peel and grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Grate the processed cheese, press the garlic through a press, after peeling it.
  3. Crab sticks can be grated, but it will still be better if you do not chop them coarsely.
  4. Mix sticks, eggs, cheese, garlic. Season with salt and add mayonnaise, sour cream or thick yogurt at your discretion.
  5. Lay out the pita bread, put the filling on it, spread it, retreating 1.5-2 centimeters from the edges (otherwise the filling will start to come out).
  6. Wrap the pita bread in an envelope or roll and place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. The top of the pita bread also needs to be greased with either oil or egg, otherwise it will dry out. Bake until beautifully golden brown at 200 degrees (usually takes no more than 10 minutes).

  • Butter - 140 gr.

  • Cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoons

  1. So, first we will prepare the filling. For this, any apples will suit you, but personally I take sour ones so that the dish does not turn out too sweet. First, peel and core the apples, then cut them into small cubes. Place the apples in a bowl and pour the juice of one lemon over them (so as not to darken and retain their shape when baking).
  2. Now put half the butter in the pan, melt it and add the apples, simmer for a few minutes. When the apples begin to soften, add cinnamon, breadcrumbs, vanilla sugar and regular sugar to the pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients and simmer for a couple of minutes, then remove from heat. Place the pita bread on a flat surface and generously grease it with softened butter (we do the same with the second one). Leave it for 30 minutes to soften and become more pliable.
  4. Then spread the apple filling on one half of the pita bread. We bend the sides inward so that the filling does not fall out and roll the pita bread into a roll.
