Preparation:
Boil potatoes in broth. In the meantime, let's prepare the frying. Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in a frying pan. Add onions and carrots there. Peel the tomatoes, mash with a fork and add to the chicken. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Cut the pepper into strips and add to the soup; also add the chicken and vegetables to the broth. Add salt and spices. When the soup is almost ready, add the peas and cook for another 3 minutes.

- potatoes - 3-4 medium pieces;

The day before you start preparing pea soup, you should pour water over the pea cereal and leave it to soak in a cold place for about 12 hours.
