Cooking sequence:
Step 1. Cut the turkey fillet into medium pieces. You can take any part of the bird and cut off the flesh. The remaining bones will be used for soup.

Step 4. Add carrots and onions to the fried pieces of meat.
Step 5. Stir and simmer over medium heat, covering with a lid for about 5 minutes.
Step 6. Add bay leaf and add some salt. Now add the potatoes to the pan. Close the lid and continue to simmer until it is half cooked.
Step 7. Now add vegetables containing a lot of juice. Arrange pieces of zucchini and chopped tomatoes. Add some salt again and add spices to your liking.

Sour cream goes well with this meat and, in addition to juiciness, gives it a pleasant creaminess. The simmering time is 25-30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- turkey fillet - 1 kg;
- sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- onion - 1 onion;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- pepper - a couple of pinches.
Preparation:
- Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into longitudinal strips.
- Chop the onion into cubes. Fry until golden in a heated and oiled frying pan.
- Transfer the meat to the onion and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Chop the garlic and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour in sour cream, soy sauce, a little water and pepper. Soy sauce contains a lot of salt, so whether you add additional salt depends on your taste.

- 1 kg turkey meat;
- 200 g champignons;
- 400 g canned tomatoes;

- 250 ml sour cream;
- 2 tsp. corn starch;
- 4 tbsp. d. vegetable oil;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- 1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper;

- 1 tbsp. l. sweet paprika;
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary;

Preparation:
1. Cut the turkey meat into arbitrary pieces. Fry in a heated frying pan on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Place it on a plate.
2. Add vegetable oil to the empty bowl and add onion cut into half rings. Sauté the onion until transparent.
3. Cut the sweet pepper into strips and add to the onion. Simmer the vegetables for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

1. First, prepare all the vegetables. Divide the pepper into halves, remove seeds and membranes. We clean the onion. Cut the vegetables into strips.
2. Cut the tomatoes crosswise, pour boiling water over them and peel the skins. Chop the carrots on a coarse grater.
3. Cut the flesh from the turkey thighs (the bones will be used for soup). Heat the frying pan, add a little oil and lay out the pieces.

- dry white wine - 100 ml;
- prunes - 50 g;
- spices to your taste - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
Preparation:
- Rinse the drumstick. Remove excess moisture with paper towels.
- Cut into several parts. Brown in a greased frying pan.
- Coarsely chop the onion, carrots and celery root.
