Recipe

3. Fry the mushrooms along with the onions in an oil pan. Before adding the oil, first evaporate all the mushroom juice. Frying time for champignons is 10 minutes. Stir the mixture periodically with a wooden spatula during the process. Transfer the contents of the pan to a plate to cool completely.
