You will need:
- 2 glasses of hot water;
- 1 cup flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise (full);
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. sunflower oil.
Step by step recipe:
1. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well. The mixture should be absolutely homogeneous with a fluffy head of foam.
The dough should be well beaten and very homogeneous. I recommend using a blender.
2. Then add sugar and salt, blend again. Add hot water little by little, whisking the mixture after each addition.
3. Pour a glass of sifted flour into the mixture and whisk until there are no lumps. Pour in the vegetable oil and mix thoroughly again.
The dough should be liquid and have an even creamy tint. Bake this treat as usual, in a good frying pan.
