  • milk – 500 ml;
  • water – 100 ml;
  • liqueur (optional) – 50 ml;
  • butter – 75 gr.;
  • vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
  • salt - a pinch.

You will need for the cream:

  • cream 33% fat – 500 ml;
  • curd cheese – 500 gr.;
  • powdered sugar – 2-3 tbsp. l.;
  • boiled condensed milk - 1 can.

Cooking stages.

1. Start cooking by kneading the dough. It is most convenient to use a mixer or blender for these purposes. First, pour milk into a deep dish or special bowl, then water. Add a pinch of salt, chopped butter, eggs and vanilla sugar.

2. Whisk the ingredients and carefully add the flour through a sieve. Do not avoid the sifting step: in addition to the fact that all the debris will remain in the sieve, you will thus saturate the dough with oxygen. This will help the pancakes turn out delicate and airy. Leave the finished dough to rest for at least a quarter of an hour.

3. While the dough is resting, make the cream. First of all, beat the cream with a mixer at maximum speed. This should take 30-60 seconds. Otherwise, you won't get the cream.

4. Add boiled condensed milk to the whipped cream and stir gently with a fork. When the mass becomes more homogeneous and pliable, continue stirring with a whisk.

5. The next step is to add cheese. Just like condensed milk, it must be carefully mixed into the future cream. Then add powdered sugar and stir everything thoroughly again. Place the finished cream in the refrigerator, covering with a lid and cling film.

6. Now start frying the pancakes. Grease the pan. This is done only once at the very beginning. Then pour a small amount of dough onto the hot frying pan and, tilting it from side to side, distribute the mass over the entire area. When the pancake is lightly fried, carefully pick it up by the edge and turn it over. Fry on the other side. Repeat with all the dough.

7. Now you can start assembling the cake. Start with the very first pancakes - they should be cooled. It is best to assemble the cake using a pastry ring to make it more even. Place the pancake on a flat dish and brush with cream. Place the next pancake on top and grease it again. Be sure to leave a little to even out the top and sides.

8. When the cake is assembled, cover the sides and the topmost pancake with the remaining cream. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

Before serving, decorate the pancake cake as desired. Any decorations that suit your taste will do.

Pancake tiramisu cake

Tiramisu pancake cake will differ from the classic one, but it is no less tasty and, importantly, any housewife can handle it. Delight your family and prepare this wonderful pancake cake for them.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mayonnaise is used as a “cream”, a thin layer of which is smeared on each pancake. One of the ingredients is placed on top in a thin layer. And so layer by layer, alternating the filling. The topmost layer should be greased with mayonnaise, sprinkled generously with cheese and cherry tomatoes placed on it. The cake can be decorated in other ways, for example, with chopped herbs or an egg. Before serving, place the finished pancake cake in the microwave for baking for 5-7 minutes or in the oven for 10 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, the cake can be removed.
