Step-by-step cooking process
Making a savory snack is not difficult, and to do this, just follow these instructions:
- Funchoza must be placed in a pan and filled with boiling water. Cover the container with a lid and leave the vermicelli for 3-4 minutes. - The pepper should be washed, and after removing the seeds from the fruit, cut into thin strips. Cherry tomatoes need to be cut into quarters. The onion must be peeled and chopped into half rings, and the garlic must be crushed with a press.
- The cilantro must be washed, shaken off excess moisture and finely chopped. To the mixture you should add chopped garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and a little broth, drained after boiling the noodles. The dressing needs to be mixed and simmered over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Place the prepared foods in a large salad bowl, pour hot sauce over them, and mix.
