    • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
    1. Finely chop the greens, in this case green onions.
    2. Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel them. Separate the yolk from the eggs, finely chop the whites.
    3. Open the can and drain the excess oil from the fish. Excess fat will soften the tartlets and they will lose their characteristic crunch. In a separate container, mash the fish with a fork or spoon.
    4. Add all the chopped ingredients and spoon into tartlets. Make sure that the mixture does not fall out of the tartlets - then they will be awkward to pick up and eat.
    5. If you have fresh cod liver, you can decorate the dish in an interesting way. Place a piece of fish product in a small hole and sprinkle with herbs on top.

    An interesting and healthy snack is ready! If the mixture is left and the tartlets are gone, we form balls from it and also serve it on the festive table. This delicacy is easy to prepare at home.
