  • 400 g each of pickled cucumbers, sour apples, carrots and potatoes;
  • 200 g sausage;
  • 5 chicken eggs;

  9. We assemble the salad in layers, coating it with unsweetened yogurt: you can use mayonnaise or sour cream if you really want to! Let's take a flat dish in which we will serve the finished salad. Make it in portions if you like.
  10. First, lay out the potatoes, be sure to add salt (since the vegetables were not salted during cooking). Spread yoghurt on top.
  11. Squeeze the onion from the water and place it on top of the potatoes. Salt. We do not lubricate.
  12. The next layer is carrots, salt and grease with yogurt. By the way, to get a slide, each layer needs to be made slightly smaller in diameter than the previous one.
  13. Layer of green apples: take apples that are juicy and not very sour. Then the salad will turn out tender. There is no need to salt it anymore, but it is necessary to lubricate it.
  14. Now it’s the egg’s turn: distribute it in an even layer. Salt. Lubricate.
