What to do:

  1. First, cut the fish fillet into lengthwise pieces.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cook until half cooked.
  3. Divide the champignons into thick slices, chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Cut the red pepper into two halves, remove the core and seeds, and then finely chop.
  5. Add pepper to the pan and simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.
  6. Then fry the fish fillet until a crust forms and remove from heat.
  7. Drain the water from the potatoes and cut them into large slices.
  8. Place potatoes, fish and fried peppers, mushrooms and onions in pots.
  9. Pour all the ingredients with cream, salt and pepper our dish.
  10. Cover the pots with a lid and bake for 20–25 minutes.

The final dish should be sprinkled with herbs, you can use frozen ones, and add a couple of slices of lemon for flavor.
