Make marks on one of them with a round mold or a regular glass and place about 1 tablespoon of condensed milk in the center of each circle.

Cover the workpiece with a second layer of dough, after which you can begin cutting out future donuts using the same mold or glass.

Leave the raw donuts with condensed milk to stand for a while so that the dough rises during this time, after which you can start frying.

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and begin to carefully lower your preparations into it. They need to be fried until they turn brown.

Carefully remove the finished donuts with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil, then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Next, send a new batch of blanks. Do the same with all the other donuts, then serve.
