Try cooking buckwheat porridge with meat in the oven - it will turn out tastier than the one cooked on the stove. And you'll also save time. For your favorite hobby or vacation.

Delicious recipe for cooking buckwheat with meat in pots

In pots, buckwheat turns out very crumbly, but at the same time soft. This dish is very tasty and tender. Baking in pots is reminiscent of porridge from grandma's oven. Try it yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 200 g buckwheat
  • A couple of onions
  • 240 g meat (pork pulp or other)
  • One carrot
  • A third of a teaspoon of ground pepper mixture
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric
  • Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  • Half a teaspoon of khmeli-suneli
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:

Wash the meat and then dry it. Cut into small cubes

Also finely chop the onion. Peel and cut carrots into strips

Heat a little oil in two frying pans. You can use one pan, just fry one at a time. Place the meat in one. In the second, first cook the onion until translucent, then add the carrots. Fry everything until golden brown. The pork also just needs to be browned; there is no need to bring it to readiness. At the end it needs to be seasoned and salted.

Place the meat on the bottom of the pot. If we use portions, then distribute it evenly. Place a couple of bay leaves on top

Add vegetable mass on top. Then pour in the washed cereal. Add salt on top and pour hot water. It should be 2 centimeters above the level of the cereal

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pot in a hot oven for 40-50 minutes

Take the porridge out of the oven and stir it. If desired, sprinkle with herbs. It turns out very satisfying and healthy.

Equipment in everyday life

It’s very interesting to prepare buckwheat with beef in a slow cooker. In addition, this method makes the process less labor-intensive. As a result, the housewife has time to do other things in the kitchen. Work can begin after the following components of the dish are on the table:

2 cups of cereal, 4 cups of water, salt, 1 carrot, 0.3 kilograms of meat, onion, butter and spices.

The process technology in this case should be as follows:

  1. Cut the meat randomly into pieces and carefully place them on the bottom of the bowl.
  2. Add a piece of butter.
  3. Top with diced onions and grated carrots.
  4. The next layer will be washed buckwheat.
  5. Add salt and spices.
  6. Fill everything with water, set the “pilaf” mode on the multicooker panel and press the “start” button. Buckwheat with beef in a slow cooker does not take long to prepare.
  7. After the beep, you need to open the lid and stir the contents of the bowl.

Recipe for buckwheat with chicken on a baking sheet in the oven

If you bake buckwheat with chicken in the oven, it will turn out very tasty. The cereal will be saturated with meat juice, it will turn out crumbly and tender. Just try it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium onions
  • 10 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 pcs. carrots
  • 700 g buckwheat
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

The cooking method is very simple. Therefore, we immediately turn on the oven at 200 degrees.

If desired, remove the skin from the drumsticks. Pepper them, add salt, and stir well. You can also use any spices that go well with chicken.

Place the washed buckwheat in a suitable baking tray with high sides. Distribute it evenly. Add some salt. Sprinkle finely chopped onion on top. Grate the carrots and sprinkle on top. Now spread the legs evenly. Add a little hot water so that it completely covers the cereal, with a small margin

Cover the top with foil and place in a hot oven for 50 minutes. If desired, you can remove the foil 15 minutes before cooking to allow the top to brown. You can also sprinkle cheese at this stage. But this is optional.

It turns out very tasty. At the same time, the dish can safely be considered dietary, because there is not a single gram of oil.

How to cook buckwheat with legs and vegetables in the oven in a glass bowl

A very simple recipe for a second course baked in the oven. By spending a minimum of ingredients and effort, you will provide your family with a hearty dinner. Try it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken legs
  • 50 g butter
  • Medium carrot
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Medium sized bulb
  • 2 glasses of water
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • A glass of buckwheat

Preparation:

Wash the legs and dry them. We cut them into small pieces. First we separate the thigh from the lower leg. Then the thigh can be cut into 2 more parts.

Fry the meat in a small amount of oil until golden brown. No need to get ready

Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots. We send it to the meat. Salt and pepper. Fry vegetables until soft

We carefully wash the cereals. Pour it into a baking dish and pour two cups of boiling water. Add salt, about a third of a teaspoon. Stir. Place fried meat with vegetables and pieces of butter on top

Heat the oven at 180 degrees. Cover the mold with buckwheat with a lid or foil. Place in the oven for about an hour

The cereal turns out very crumbly, not a drop of water remains at the bottom. The meat is very tender, it literally falls off the bone. Try it - it's tasty and healthy!

How to use a baking sleeve

  1. This is a simple device for preparing healthier and more tender dishes in the oven. I must say that the sleeve is also suitable for the microwave. But today is not about that. It can easily withstand 200 degrees, which indicates its suitability for use with electric and even gas ovens.
  2. Prevent all possible contact with open flame. Place the ingredients you are going to cook in a sleeve placed on a baking sheet or baking dish.
  3. Do not cook in the “Grill” mode when using the hose.
  4. If you need to achieve a golden brown crust during the process, carefully open (cut) the baking sleeve some time before the end of cooking.

Buckwheat with minced meat, baked with tomato paste and sour cream

Many people prefer minced meat to whole pieces of meat. It cooks faster and turns out more tender. I suggest you cook buckwheat with meatballs in the oven. A great dinner option for the whole family!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups buckwheat
  • One onion
  • Vegetable oil
  • One carrot
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • A couple of cloves of garlic
  • Minced meat + onion + 2 cloves of garlic + 2 tablespoons of sour cream

Preparation:

Wash the cereal well and drain the water. Place in a bowl, pour boiling water. Leave it like this for a while until it swells a little.

Finely chop the onion. Three carrots with a grater. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. First brown the onion, then add the carrots to it. Simmer for 5 minutes

Add tomato paste here, salt and pepper. Stir well, pour in water (about 2 cups)

Add sour cream and pass the garlic through a press. Stir everything well, simmer for a minute after boiling.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper, add sour cream, and mix everything well. Form round meatballs. Also, if desired, you can use ready-made, purchased

Place the meatballs on top and pour over the remaining vegetable mixture. Heat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake in a hot oven for about 40-50 minutes
