Juicy, aromatic pieces of meat with garlic and aromatic spices, fried in a frying pan. Well, what could be better for a delicious lunch or dinner?

  • 3 pieces of soft, boneless pork;
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • garlic oil.

Cut the pork pieces into 2 cm thick pieces. If you have them in the refrigerator, take them out 30 minutes before frying. The meat should be at room temperature.
