- 150 ml cream;

Bring to a boil, add salt and spices, reduce heat and cook until vegetables and mushrooms are ready (about 30 minutes).
Then remove the pan from the heat and cool slightly. Use an immersion blender to puree the ingredients. Continuing to whip, add hot cream. Place the pan on the stove and heat until it starts to boil. Serve garnished with greens.
