  • 300 – 400 g fresh champignons;
  • 100 – 150 g of any hard cheese;
  • small can of sweet corn;
  • medium bulb;
  • a little sunflower oil for frying;
  • salt and pepper;
  • mayonnaise for dressing.

You need to prepare it like this:

  1. Cut the washed and dried champignons into thin slices.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings or cubes.
  3. In a frying pan in oil, first fry the onion until half cooked, then add the mushrooms and fry until tender.

Advice. If it is not possible to prepare a salad with fresh mushrooms, then you can use salted or pickled ones. They also need to be washed, dried and fried a little in oil until golden brown.

It is not recommended to neglect frying, even if a salted or pickled product is used: frying in oil will not take very much time, and the taste will be much more refined. In addition, frying helps remove excess moisture, which always accumulates in the mushroom structure during canning.

Salad with corn, mushrooms and tomatoes

On the eve of religious holidays, you can prepare a delicious salad with champignons and boiled beets as a light Lenten dish.

It can also be an excellent appetizer for a holiday feast.

To work you need only five components:

  • 1 large beet;
  • 200 grams of canned mushrooms;
  • salt;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • refined vegetable oil.

How to make this dish correctly:

  1. First you need to boil the beets. This will take a lot of time. The root vegetable should be placed in a pan of water, and then cooked under the lid for a couple of hours after it boils. It will take the same amount of time to cool the beets, so it’s better to do all this in advance.
  2. Chop the cooled beets into cubes.
  3. Remove the champignons from the jar with a slotted spoon and cut into medium pieces.
  4. Finely chop the onion.
  5. Place the products in a bowl, add salt and oil.

It is better not to taste this salad right away, but to put it in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours beforehand.
