- 0.5 l milk
- 4 tbsp. l. honey
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 100 g solid dark chocolate
- 0.5 tsp. chopped cinnamon
- Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Cooking:
- Pour milk into a saucepan, add dry ingredients, heat over heat.
- Place chocolate pieces into the heated liquid, boil, stirring until all the chocolate has dissolved.
- Remove from heat, pour into cups, decorate with a few marshmallows or whipped cream, and serve the drink hot.
Warming non-alcoholic drink - liquid chocolate
Chocolate-banana cocktail
For a cocktail, let's take:
- 0.5 l milk
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 banana
- Vanillin and cinnamon on the tip of a knife
Cooking:
- Heat the milk on a hot stove.
- Add vanillin, cinnamon, broken chocolate to the milk and continue heating.
- Cut the banana into pieces and puree it with a blender, transfer it to a saucepan with milk, heat to a boil, stirring.
- When the chocolate has dissolved and the mass becomes homogeneous, pour into cups and drink hot.

- Cut the orange and lemon into slices, the pear into slices, and dip them in hot apple juice.
- Grate the ginger root on a fine grater and add to the juice. Add cinnamon and clove powder here, bring to a boil, cook for about 5 minutes, leave for 1 hour, and drink.
Non-alcoholic apple cider
Mulled wine with wine is now a very popular drink. Let's try to make mulled wine without alcohol.
Non-alcoholic mulled wine
For mulled wine let's take:
- 3 glasses of grape juice
- 0.5 glasses of water
- 2 tbsp. l. thin yellow shavings from the top layer of orange and lemon peel
- 0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon and cloves
- Ground cardamom on the tip of a knife
- Half an apple
Prepare a warming non-alcoholic drink:
- Mix the juice and water together in a saucepan, add spices, heat over the fire until it boils.
- Remove from heat, lower the apple slices, cover with a lid, let the drink sit for 5 minutes, then pour into glasses.
Cranberry punch
For punch, let's take:
- 500 ml each of orange and apple juice
- 100 ml cranberry juice
- 100 g cranberries
- Juice from 1 lime, maybe a lemon
- A few orange slices
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
- A few mint leaves
- Ground cinnamon on the tip of a knife
- Several articles l. honey
Cooking:
- We heat the juices together with spices, but do not boil; at the end of heating, add honey, whole cranberries and orange slices.
- Remove from heat and pour into glasses. We drink the drink warm.
Mulled wine in Swedish
To prepare mulled wine, prepare:
- Orange – 1 pc.
- Allspice – 3 peas
- Cloves – 5 pcs.
- Red wine – 750 ml
- Ground cinnamon - half a teaspoon
- Honey – 20 g
- Raisins – 50 g
- Almonds – 50 g
Preparation:
- Wash the orange well and dry it with a towel, then cut it into thin circles, removing the seeds as you do so. Place the orange slices in a small container and sprinkle with allspice and cloves.
- Pour wine mixed with honey and ground cinnamon into the same bowl. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and turn off the heat. Close the pan and put the mulled wine in a warm place for half an hour to infuse.
- Sort and wash the raisins well, then dry them on newspaper or paper. Scatter almonds and raisins into thick-walled glasses and pour strained, slightly cooled mulled wine into them. The drink can be decorated with grated chocolate or powdered sugar. In winter, mulled wine perfectly warms you up in the cold and creates a friendly atmosphere in the team.
How to prepare a warming non-alcoholic drink with medicinal herbs?
Sbiten was known back in ancient Rus'. And while the Russians did not know black tea, they prepared sbitni.
Russian sbiten according to the classic recipe
For sbitnen let's take:
- 1.5 liters of water
- 500 g honey
- 1 tbsp. l. chopped herbs (you can take sage, mint, St. John's wort, lemon balm, blackcurrant leaves, oregano)
- On the tip of a knife, each of the ground spices: cloves, cinnamon, cardamom
Prepare a warming non-alcoholic drink:
- Dissolve honey in warm water, stirring, and leave to brew for 1 day in a warm place.
- The next day, heat the water with honey, skim off the foam, and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
- Before finishing cooking (15 minutes before), add herbs and spices to the drink.
- Pour the drink through a sieve into another pan. Serve hot in mugs. It goes well with jam, cookies, and buns.
Non-alcoholic Russian sbiten
Honey-ginger sbiten
For sbitnen let's take:
- 0.5 l water
- 3 tbsp. l. honey
- 1 tsp. grated ginger and top layer of lemon peel
- Juice from half a lemon
- A few mint leaves
- On the tip of a knife, ground: cinnamon and cloves
Cooking:
- Heat water in a saucepan.
- Add lemon juice, spices, honey, mix, let it boil.
- Remove the drink from the heat, leave for half an hour, drink strained through a sieve.
Attention. Sbiten can be made fortified, and even more useful if you add 1-2 tbsp into it before boiling. l. dry forest or homemade berries, and cook for about 15 minutes. This can be rose hips, black and red currants, lingonberries, raspberries, cherries and other berries.
Tea with ginger and mint
For tea let's take:
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp. l. honey
- 1 tbsp. l. chopped ginger and mint
- Zest of 1 lemon
- A few slices of lemon
Cooking:
- Place lemon zest, mint leaves, lemon slices, grated ginger into 2 mugs, pour boiling water over them, and add honey for sweetness.
Sea buckthorn-orange juice
To prepare fruit juice you will need:
- Sea buckthorn – 100-200 g
- Orange – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 200 g
- Water – 150 ml
Preparation:
- Rinse the sea buckthorn berries and drain the water.
- Treat the orange peel with boiling water and dry with a paper towel. Grate the orange zest. Pour boiling water over it and cook for 25 minutes over medium heat. Then leave the broth for half an hour in a warm place. Strain the fruit juice through a fine sieve.
- Mash the sea buckthorn and peeled orange in a separate bowl using a masher or spoon, thus separating the pulp from the peel and seeds.
- Cover the top of the pan with a double layer of gauze and place the orange-sea buckthorn mixture on it. Leave in this state for half an hour so that the juice from the mass has time to drain into the pan, and the peel and seeds remain on the gauze. Squeeze the gauze with your hands to express any remaining juice.
- Add the resulting mass to the decoction of orange peels and sugar, mix thoroughly and bring to a boil. Cool and add sea buckthorn and orange juice, then mix thoroughly again.
- This fruit drink contains a lot of useful components and will be an excellent source of vitamins in the winter.
How to make a warming soft drink with black tea?
Tea latte
For the drink you need:
- 2 cups brewed black tea
- 2 and a half glasses of milk
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara
- On the tip of a knife, grind each of the following spices: cardamom, cloves and nutmeg
- 1 tsp. chopped ginger root
Preparing a warming non-alcoholic drink:
- We brew not very strong tea. Let it brew for 10-20 minutes.
- Pour the tea into a saucepan, add milk, sugar and spices, let it boil, and immediately turn it off.
- Pour the hot drink into mugs through a strainer.
Note. If you add plant milk (nut or soy) to your chai latte instead of regular milk, then vegans can also drink this drink.
Non-alcoholic grog
For grog you need:
- 300 mg strong brewed tea
- A third of a glass of cherry and apple juice
- On the tip of a knife, ground spices: nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1-2 tsp. honey
Cooking:
- Mix the brewed tea with juices, bring to a boil, add spices and simmer at a barely noticeable boil for about 10 minutes.
- Infuse the drink for 5-10 minutes and drink.
Cambridge Punch
To prepare this punch you need:
- Sugar - half glass
- Milk – 125 ml
- Cognac – 150 ml
- Rum – one and a half glasses
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Orange – 1 pc.
Preparation:
- Using a mixer or whisk, beat the eggs with half a portion of milk.
- Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan and dissolve the sugar in it. Bring milk to a boil and remove from heat. Cool slightly and pour in the egg-milk mixture in small portions, stirring constantly.
- Add cognac and rum to the drink and whisk thoroughly.
- Pour the resulting punch into glasses, garnish with orange slices and serve.
This amount of punch is designed for 12 people.
How to make a warming soft drink with green tea?
Tibetan tea "Tenzin"
For Tibetan tea, let's take:
- 3 tsp. green tea
- 1 liter of water
- 3 lemon slices
- 2 tsp. honey
- 0.5 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
- On the tip of a knife, each of the crushed spices: cardamom, cloves, nutmeg
Prepare a warming non-alcoholic drink:
- Pour green tea, spices, finely chopped ginger, lemon, cut into cubes without peel, into the teapot for brewing, and pour boiling water over everything.
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes, add honey, and drink.
Attention. Ginger and spices increase blood pressure, if your blood pressure is normal, drinks with them will not harm you, but if it is elevated, then you should not take them.
Atole / Mexico

A traditional Mexican drink served at Christmas. It is prepared from corn puree with the addition of sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla. Then add fruit and chocolate as desired. The drink turns out thick, like real porridge. In Mexico, it is consumed for breakfast in cold weather and drunk at Christmas.

To prepare sbiten you will need:
- Honey - one and a half glasses
- Sugar – 300 g
- Cinnamon – 4 sticks
- Cardamom – 8 pcs.
- Cloves – 10 g
- Ginger root - 3-4 cm
- Bay leaf – 2 pcs.
Preparation:
- Place honey in a liter of water at a temperature of up to 60 degrees and completely dissolve. Boil for 20 minutes over low heat, then add spices and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Strain.
- Heat a clean, dry frying pan and melt the sugar in it for 5 minutes, add half a glass of water and boil. Use the resulting mixture to tint the whipped cream, pouring it in small portions, stirring thoroughly until the desired color is obtained.
