I once read that this recipe for cooking ribs in Canadian style was very popular in a Montreal restaurant, I decided to try it - and I liked it, and the sauce is simply incomparable!

  1. Wash the apple, remove the seeds, remove the skin and cut into large pieces.

  2. Place the component in a container and, covering with cling film, place in the microwave for 10 minutes.
  3. After the time has elapsed, crush the component with a fork until it reaches a puree-like consistency.
  4. Add applesauce to a separate bowl, add ground pepper, dried garlic cloves, tomato and soy sauce, salt, ground cinnamon, lemon juice, brown sugar, paprika, hot pepper and stir well.
  5. Place the ribs in the prepared marinade, stir and leave to marinate for several hours.

Preparation:

Mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs, salt and soda, mix. Add flour (we control the amount of flour ourselves), add eggs.

The dough should be like thick pancakes. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Fill the mold with a spoon and bake until golden brown, cool and fill with boiled condensed milk.
