Quince is a plant of southern latitudes. Its fruits are filled with warmth and sun. They look like an apple or a pear. Picked fruits can be stored for a very long time - up to six months. However, the quince pulp is very dense and has a tart taste, so the fruits are rarely consumed fresh. But there are many recipes by which you can prepare them for the winter. For example, it is enough to simply cook amber jam, very reminiscent of honey, or prepare a sweet and sour compote using a step-by-step recipe. Delicious jam, transparent candied fruits, aromatic confiture - all these preparations, even in the photo, make you want to get down to business quickly.
