How to make a flavorful garlic sauce for chicken nuggets

  1. We pour boiling water over the tomatoes to remove the skin, and then rub them through a sieve.
  2. Squeeze the garlic through a press, and then grind it with salt.

How to make real homemade BBQ sauce for nuggets

  1. We finely chop the onion and then fry it until golden brown in vegetable oil.
  2. When the onion acquires a beautiful “gilding”, add tomato paste, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped garlic and ground ginger to the pan. Cook the mixture over low heat for about ten to twelve minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
  3. At the end of cooking, add salt and black pepper to taste.

Spicy tomato sauce

Components:

  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • tomato paste - 1 table. spoon
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • dried garlic – 0.5 tsp
  • ground bay leaf - a pinch
  • olive oil – 20 ml
  • sugar – 5 g

Grind the tomato pulp, finely chop the onion, fry it in oil for a couple of minutes, then add the tomatoes and paste. Cook for about 5 minutes, sprinkle with oregano, garlic, bay leaf and sugar, cook everything together for another 5-7 minutes.

Mustard sauce for nuggets and other chicken dishes

How to make hot mustard sauce for chicken nuggets

  1. Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. We don’t need the whites, so we simply put them in the refrigerator to later use for preparing other dishes.
  2. Beat the yolks with a whisk or fork along with mustard, honey and squeezed garlic.
  3. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add olive oil, pouring it in a thin stream. Please note that ideally our sauce should thicken with further whisking, so the amount of butter may vary depending on what consistency you prefer.
  4. Whisk the sauce until it reaches the desired thickness, then add salt and ground pepper to taste.

Step-by-step cooking process

  1. Boil chicken eggs in advance until tender, cool, and peel them. Separate the whites from the yolks. We don't need whites in this recipe.
  2. Grind the yolks with the addition of salt and ground black pepper, pour in the juice from half a lemon.
  3. Without ceasing to work with a whisk, pour in, literally drop by drop, all the vegetable oil. Do this very carefully, as when preparing mayonnaise.

If you've ever been to a Chinese restaurant, you've probably tried the traditional sauce that is added to meat dishes in this country. We invite you to create a similar masterpiece at home and serve it with fried nuggets. It will turn out incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Natural apple juice – 150 ml;
  • Soy sauce – 15 ml;
  • Ketchup – 50 g;
  • Ginger root – 2 cm;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • Starch – 1 tbsp;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Salt - to taste.

Making sweet and sour sauce for chicken at home

  1. Peel the ginger root and grate it.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of a small saucepan and fry the garlic and ginger in it for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add 50 ml of water, apple juice, soy sauce, ketchup and sugar to the saucepan. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for about seven minutes.
  6. While the sauce is cooking, dilute the starch in a small amount of water (about two tablespoons), and then pour it into the sauce.
  7. Remove our sweet and sour sauce from the heat when it thickens. Add a little salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix, and serve.

Sweetness with sourness

Before preparing the dressing for chicken nuggets, it is worth understanding the conditions for choosing ingredients. First of all, this applies to ketchup: it should not contain any additional components, among which garlic, onion, and bell pepper are most often found.

The ideal product for the sauce is classic tomato ketchup without additives, which has a uniform structure and fluid consistency.

Next on the list is onions; It is best to use red onions, which have a sweetish flavor and are usually less hot. Soy sauce, like ketchup, should be classic, without flavorings or other additional ingredients.

Sometimes it is possible to replace potato starch with wheat flour. This manipulation will not affect the result in any way, but for a better effect it is recommended to increase the volume of flour from one spoon to two.

  1. Onions need to be peeled and finely chopped. Ginger root (about 1.5–2 centimeters in size) is peeled and grated on a fine grater. It is recommended to pass the garlic through a garlic press. At this time, you can leave a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove to heat it up. When the oil warms up, the chopped products are laid out in it: first onions and ginger, and after 3-4 minutes - garlic. Spices are sautéed for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Vinegar is poured into a separate saucepan, into which granulated sugar is poured. The mixture is heated and brought to a boil. After this, ketchup and soy sauce are added to it. Everything is thoroughly stirred and brought to a boil again. At this stage, the workpiece can be peppered to taste.
  3. When the liquid base boils, a mixture of onions, garlic and ginger is poured into it. The sauce for the chicken pieces is mixed, then starch is added to it, previously dissolved in a tablespoon of cold water. Stir everything again and simmer over low heat for several minutes until thickened. The finished sauce is removed from the heat, cooled slightly, and then sent to a blender, where it is whipped until smooth.

Pepper sauce for chicken nuggets

And this is another variation of the sauce for lovers of spicy taste. The amazing combination of delicate cream with the spiciness of black pepper simply drives you crazy. And how wonderfully such a sauce goes with poultry is simply beyond words!

Ingredients

  • Onions – 1 pc.;
  • Cream 20% fat – 100 ml;
  • Coarsely ground black pepper – 10 g;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Salt - to taste.

How to make creamy pepper sauce for poultry fillet nuggets

  1. Take a small ladle, pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom and fry coarsely ground black pepper in it. By the way, if you don’t find it in the store, just take black peas (but not sweet peas) and grind them with a mortar.
  2. One or two minutes after the pepper, add the onion to the ladle, which we chop very finely. The finer it is, the more homogeneous the sauce will be. Fry the onion and pepper for about five minutes.
  3. Now pour the cream into the onions and peppers and bring the mixture to a boil, remembering to stir it constantly.
  4. When the sauce boils, reduce the heat to low and cook our topping until it thickens. Add salt to taste.
  5. Remove from heat, cool and serve.

Quick fish nuggets

  • Products:
    fillet of any sea fish - 500 g, corn flakes - 0.5 cups, salt and ground black pepper to taste, vegetable oil.

Preparation:

Excess moisture is removed from pieces of fish with paper napkins, and the fillets are sprinkled with salt and pepper. Allow the fish to “settle” for 15 minutes so that it is saturated with salt and pepper. Each piece is coated on all sides with vegetable oil and rolled in corn flakes. Place the prepared fish fillets on an oiled baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

Unusual berry sauce for serving with chicken nuggets

  1. We remove the zest from the orange, chop it finely, and then fry it in olive oil heated in a frying pan for five minutes.
  2. Squeeze orange juice into a separate container, add honey and fresh berries.

  4. At the end of cooking, taste the sauce and add a little salt and sugar to taste.

How to fry nuggets with sesame seeds

  • Ingredients:
    chicken fillet – 500 g, soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoons, dry white wine - 3 tbsp. spoons, olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, chopped fresh ginger root - 1 teaspoon, egg - 1 pc., sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. spoons, breadcrumbs - 50 g.

Preparation:

A marinade is prepared from olive oil, ginger, white wine and soy sauce. Season it with beaten egg. Immerse the prepared chicken pieces in the marinade and place in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. Creamy mustard sauce - ideal for fish

Pour 200 ml of cream with 20 percent fat content into a saucepan and place on low heat. Add 1 teaspoon white mustard and 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons honey, squeeze in the juice of a quarter of a lime or lemon and stir. Heat the mustard and coriander seeds in a dry frying pan until they crackle and also add to the sauce. When it starts to thicken, add finely chopped herbs - dill, parsley and any other to taste, and remove from heat.

Creamy cheese sauce is a great addition to pasta and potatoes.

In a saucepan, mix 200 g of processed cheese, 10 ml of vegetable oil, 200 ml of cream. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring occasionally. After boiling, reduce heat and add seasonings to taste: basil and black pepper. Stirring constantly until the sauce becomes homogeneous, add 50 g of grated fresh cheese.

Tartar or tartar sauce

Another very simple and tasty sauce that does not require fiddling with the stove. Take 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise - you can half and half with sour cream, and if you don’t like mayonnaise, take only sour cream. Finely chop the pickled cucumber and a small bunch of parsley, squeeze out a clove of garlic and mix with mayonnaise (or sour cream). Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for an hour.
