The main dishes for the Attack phase are prepared from meat and fish. These components can be used individually or combined. Here are some successful recipes.

Fish zrazy

Grind a kilo of fish fillet in a meat grinder, add a whole egg, pepper, and salt. You can take any fish, as long as it is boneless. Form the meat into balls, no more than 2-3 centimeters in diameter, then press them on opposite sides to form flat cakes.

Prepare the filling for the zrazy: finely chop the hard-boiled egg and onion, mix. Place a homogeneous mass (1 tsp) in the center of the cake. Seal the edges, roll in bran, and then bake. Place the formed zrazy on a baking sheet, cover with foil and place in the oven.
