“Lakomka” cake - recipe with boiled condensed milk
The cakes come out moderately moist. After standing in the refrigerator overnight and thoroughly soaking in the cream, the dessert becomes much tastier.
We will need:
- Chicken egg - 2 pcs. (120 gr.)
- Sugar - 110 gr.
- Wheat flour - 145 gr.
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Boiled condensed milk - 2/3 cans
- Powdered sugar - optional
Preparation:
Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar, mix well and place in a water bath. We don’t leave the mass, we stir constantly, since the protein can curdle, and we don’t need that. We make sure that the sugar is completely dissolved.
Now we remove the mass from the bath and begin to beat, you can use a planetary mixer, or a hand mixer if you don’t have one. You will succeed, it may take a little more time, the mass will increase in volume and turn white.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sifted several times, and baking powder.
Add flour to the egg mixture in portions, mixing thoroughly each time. Spread the dough with a spoon, forming round cakes, or squeeze it with a pastry bag onto a sheet of parchment.
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven, bake the cake pieces at 190 degrees, this will take about 5 minutes. As soon as the cakes have browned, the cakes are ready.
Transfer the cakes to a flat dish and let cool.
Brush generously with condensed milk, then cover with the second sponge cake.
If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar. We do this with all the shortcakes. Let's bring it to the table. Bon appetit!
Making cakes
Mix sugar with butter, salt and vanilla. Then beat, adding eggs and yolks one at a time. Add sifted flour and baking powder gradually, stirring constantly. Spread the well-kneaded dough into an even layer onto a baking sheet greased and lined with parchment paper. Place washed and dried currants on top; they can be replaced with any other berries of your choice. The oven should be preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for thirty-five minutes. While the dough is baking, you need to cool the whites and beat them with a little salt, gradually adding sugar. You should get a thick foam. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, increase the heat in the oven and raise the temperature to two hundred degrees. Distribute the prepared whites and smooth the berries on top. Place back in the oven and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes at a temperature of two hundred degrees.
The finished baked goods should be allowed to cool, and then divided into parts, giving the products any shape. Place the cut parts on a plate, sprinkle them with powder, place the berries on top, and pour syrup over them. Delicious and crispy Lakomka cakes are ready and can be served with tea or another drink.

The oven should be preheated to one hundred and eighty degrees. Place a baking sheet in it and bake the cake until done, checking it with a toothpick. After baking, remove the pan from the oven. Without removing from the baking sheet, use a glass to make circles of the required size from the cake and let cool. Make crumbs from scraps of dough. During this time, prepare the cream.
Using a blender, beat sugar with sour cream. Now you need to form the “Gourmand” cake. Take one of the resulting circles and dip it in cream, do the same with the second one and connect them together. Roll the connected circles in crumbs and place on a plate. Place in the refrigerator for a while. The shortbreads will be soaked in the filling and cool. After this, you can serve delicious cakes.

Bon appetit!
Preparation
In order to prepare a delicious cake, you will need to take a large saucepan, pour warm water and place one-fourth of the butter in it. Place the pan on the fire. When the butter has dissolved, add sugar and salt. After the water and oil boil, you need to add flour, stirring constantly with a whisk. Knead the dough and immediately turn off the heat.
Once cooled, beat the eggs into the dough, stirring after each egg is added. Knead well. The dough for the Lakomka cake should be homogeneous and have the consistency of sour cream. Prepare a refractory pan, grease it with butter and line it with baking paper. Using a tablespoon, carefully scoop out the dough into balls. Preheat the oven temperature to one hundred and ninety degrees. Bake until golden brown. After this, reduce the oven temperature and leave for another five to ten minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and let the baked goods cool. Next you should make the cream. To do this, combine the remaining soft butter and condensed milk. Beat well with a mixer. Using a pastry syringe, fill each “Lakomka” cake with the resulting cream. You can pour chocolate on top, sprinkle with powder and decorate to your taste. Cool a little in the refrigerator and you can serve.
