Beat the eggs until well foamed, with 1 tbsp. Sahara.

Add flour to the beaten eggs and gently fold in using a spatula.

Mix the egg mixture into the porridge.

Grease the pan with butter; I sprinkled the pan with a little breadcrumbs.

Place the semolina porridge in the mold. Lubricate it with yolk.

Place in a preheated oven to bake at 180-200C for about 30-35 minutes. Vary the baking time depending on the characteristics of your oven; you may need a little more or less time. It’s best to bake until a beautiful, golden brown crust forms on top; my pudding is ready, but I didn’t finish it until it’s crusty. We take out the pudding and leave it alone, cool for 2-3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Cut the finished pudding and serve with your favorite sauce.

Don't bring to a boil, just simmer for a few minutes. Leave to cool covered.

When the semolina has absorbed almost all the milk, turn the heat to the lowest possible setting, add butter to the semolina and, stirring constantly, cook the porridge for ten minutes. It will turn out very thick.

Cool the semolina porridge a little so that it is not very hot, add beaten eggs to it, leave only a little so that you can brush it on top later.

Place the porridge either into portioned forms or into one large one. Brush the top with egg.

Bake the pudding for 25-30 minutes, after cooking, do not immediately remove from the molds, let it cool completely - this way the dessert will better retain its shape.
