In my kitchen I have my favorite assistant - a multicooker and I very often resort to its help. Any dish can be easily and simply prepared in this miracle pan. And French fries are no exception. Let's prepare it today. Moreover, we don’t need much for this, potatoes, butter and a slow cooker. Be sure to repeat.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 500 grams
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

It is best if the potatoes are oblong in shape, so the fries will be as similar as possible to potatoes from McDonald's or KFS.

Cut all the potatoes into strips, rinse them under water and dry them with towels.

Pour at least 2 cm thick oil into the multicooker bowl. Set the multi-cook or fry mode and set the temperature to 175 degrees. We wait until the oil gets hot.

While the oil is heating up, prepare a slotted spoon and a colander.

I heated the oil for about 5 minutes and now add potato strips in small portions.

It is important not to add too much at once, as the temperature of the oil drops sharply and the potatoes will not be fried, but boiled.

Fry for 5 minutes until golden brown and remove with a slotted spoon to a colander to allow excess oil to drain.

Sprinkle the finished potatoes with salt to taste and fry the next batch.
