Pasta with lightly salted salmon in a creamy sauce is not at all difficult to prepare; the taste of salted fish harmonizes perfectly with the pasta and sauce. All ingredients are prepared simultaneously in a frying pan, the fish is added at the very end before serving. Supplement the meal with asparagus, rosemary and, if desired, herbs.

Ingredients:

  • farfalle – 500 g;
  • asparagus – 250 g;
  • cream – 300 ml;
  • parmesan – 50 g;
  • salt, pepper, rosemary;
  • lightly salted salmon – 400 g.
