An elegant chicken salad cake will decorate any holiday table. Despite its spectacular appearance, it is prepared very simply and from the most common ingredients. Be sure to try it!

Meat cake

The first version of this chicken cake is made exclusively from poultry meat, it has a pleasant taste and a non-standard recipe due to the fact that it does not consist of additional cake layers (pancakes, eggs, etc.).

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1 head of garlic;
  • 3 medium pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 fresh tomato;
  • 1 red bell pepper;
  • 150 g Korean carrots;
  • 150 g cottage cheese (Philadelphia);
  • 100 g prunes;
  • Fresh dill, parsley;
  • Salt, turmeric, paprika, pepper to taste.

Sauce:

  • 1 ripe avocado;
  • 10 olives;
  • Garlic;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • Half a green apple;
  • 1 lime;
  • Salt.

Preparation

Grind the meat into minced meat. Combine with chopped cheese, egg, several cloves of garlic (to your taste), spices. Mix the meat mass, dividing it into three equal portions, which we will supplement with various additives:

  • The first is chopped bell pepper and paprika;
  • The second is chopped cucumbers and herbs;
  • The third is Korean carrots and turmeric.

As you can see, each layer will have its own flavor and color: red, green, orange.

Next you need to bake three different cakes from the minced meat. To do this, you need to cover a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with butter, on top of which lay a medium-thick meat crust so that it is well baked and does not dry out. The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees and place the dish with meat for 35 minutes.

Cool the finished base and spread with the curd mixture, making a small layer of pieces of prunes previously soaked in boiling water. The result is a three-layer meat cake, which can be coated with sauce on top. Simply grind the sauce ingredients in a blender and sprinkle with lime juice. Garnish at your discretion with olives, herbs or cherry tomatoes.

Cake with protein layers

But this type of chicken snack has an addition in the form of protein cakes. A protein cake with chicken breast can serve not only its main purpose - to be a snack, but also serve as a light dinner or lunch for those who are watching their diet or following a diet.

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs;
  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 150 g kefir;
  • Greenery;
  • 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
  • Spices.

Preparation

We start preparing the dish by boiling the fillet. You need to boil salted water and throw the meat into it. Let it simmer over low heat for half an hour. In the meantime, you can start making pancakes. 10 eggs will require all the whites and only three yolks. Combine them, pepper, salt and beat with a mixer or fork. Divide this mixture into three pancakes, which can be fried in a frying pan; if it has a non-stick coating, there is no need to grease it, otherwise, sprinkle with sunflower oil.

Next up is the curd cream. It consists of cottage cheese, kefir and chopped herbs - combine everything evenly. When the breast is ready, cool and chop into small cubes.

To assemble the cake, you need to cover the first layer with cream, sprinkle with meat, and cover with lettuce. Repeat everything with each layer. At the end, generously grease the entire diameter and sides of the cake with the remaining cream and put it in the refrigerator to harden and soak. Before serving, garnish with parsley leaves and tomato.

Chicken snack cake with mushrooms

Chicken breast cake and mushrooms are a wonderful duet and complement each other. A hearty and beautiful meal will not leave anyone indifferent, and it will not pose any particular difficulties in preparation even for a culinary beginner.

Ingredients

Meat crusts:

  • 1 kg chicken;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 220 ml cream;
  • Seasonings to taste.

Mushroom cream:

  • 400 g mushrooms (royal champignons);
  • 200 g of processed cheese with mushroom or chicken flavor;
  • 70 g mayonnaise;
  • 50 ml olive oil;
  • 2 onions;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

You can buy ready-made minced meat, but it’s still better to make it yourself by passing clean fillet through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper and beaten eggs with cream. Combine everything evenly, place on a baking sheet and equalize in diameter. Divide the minced meat into equal parts for 4 cakes, greased with vegetable oil. Bake until done at 150 degrees.

While the minced meat is baking, start processing the mushrooms and onions - wash, peel and cut into any shape, fry in a hot frying pan with butter. Royal champignons are in the recipe because they have more of a characteristic aroma than regular ones. Then pour into a blender bowl and grind. Add cheese, salt and pepper and beat again, adding mayonnaise in the process.

When the cakes are ready, cool and start brushing with mushroom cream to form a cake. Decorate with herbs, vegetables, hard cheese or other products, as desired.

Delicate chicken fillet cake

Ingredients for “The most tender chicken fillet cake”:

Dough:

  • Chicken fillet - 800 g;
  • Kefir - 900 ml;
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 8 tbsp. l.;
  • Chicken egg - 4 pcs;
  • Baking powder - 1.5 tsp;
  • Salt - 1 g;
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp.

Filling:

  • Mayonnaise - 450 g;
  • Processed cheese - 4 pcs;
  • Dill - 1 bunch;
  • Green olives - 100 g;
  • Pickled cucumber – 6 pcs.

Chicken cake with vegetables

The presented cake consists of a chicken and vegetable layer, has a pleasant aroma and delicate taste, and the cooking time takes about an hour.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g minced chicken;
  • 3 large bell peppers (preferably different: green, yellow, red);
  • 1 carrot;
  • 2 onions;
  • 210 g low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 2 squirrels;
  • Dill, spinach, cilantro, basil, onion;
  • A pinch of salt and pepper.

Preparation

Season minced chicken or minced breast with salt and pepper. The next step is to lay out the minced meat in an even flat cake on a greased form.

Stew the pepper cut into thin strips and remove. In the same frying pan, place the carrots, grated on a coarse grater, and the onion, cut into half rings, and bring until half cooked. Chop all the greens. Beat the whites with cottage cheese and add spices to taste.

Then put half of the stewed bell peppers, onions, carrots and herbs on the meat base. Cover with the second layer of minced meat, repeat the layer and again with minced meat. Pour cottage cheese with egg whites on top and place in the oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown, at 180 degrees. Let it cool a little to make it easier to remove from the mold. The snack dish is suitable for consumption both warm and chilled.

Pancake cake with cheese

There is no limit to pancake creativity. I offer you a recipe for another cake with cheese and sesame seeds. A very appetizing recipe for lovers of delicious, sticky melted cheese. This cake should be served hot. This delicious cake is suitable both as a snack and as an addition to tea.

The base of the cake is again pancakes prepared in the usual way.

To prepare we will need:

  • Low-fat milk – 350 ml.
  • Flour – 1 heaped glass
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Soda – 1/3 tsp, slaked with vinegar
  • Vegetable oil in the dough – 1 tbsp.

The frying pan is not very large in diameter, the cake will not be very big.

1. Knead the dough in the usual way. First, beat the eggs with salt and sugar, then add flour and mix everything. You can use a mixer or blender, whichever is more convenient for you.

2. Pour milk into a bowl and knead a thin dough. It is important that there are no lumps in the dough. Add soda slaked with vinegar and let the dough stand for 20 minutes so that the soda performs its function and all the ingredients react.

3. In a heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, bake pancakes. Before scooping up the next portion of dough, stir the dough; flour tends to settle to the bottom. Grease each pancake with butter while warm.

For the filling you need:

  • Hard cheese "Russian" type
  • Sesame seeds

After baking the pancakes, take a baking dish and grease it with vegetable oil. Place the bottom pancake and sprinkle it with filling: grated cheese and sesame seeds to taste. Then the next pancake and again the filling. We also cover the top pancake with filling and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. We get a beautiful, satisfying dish.

Spicy chicken cake

Thanks to the garlic sauce, the appetizer will become a bright accent on the holiday table and a small variety in the daily menu.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken meat;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 500 g potatoes;
  • 1 slice of white bread;
  • 50 ml milk
  • 90 Russian cheese;
  • Spices;
  • 2 onions.

Sauce:

  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • 1 head of garlic.

Preparation

Grind the meat and onions. Add bread soaked in milk, eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly, dividing into several portions, which need to be fried in a hot frying pan with sunflower oil. Each portion of minced meat should be leveled according to the diameter of the bottom and fried on both sides.

To prepare the sauce, you need to press the garlic through a garlic press and mix with mayonnaise. Potatoes must be mashed with added butter.

Each meat crust is soaked in garlic sauce, folded into a cake and a potato layer is added: minced meat, sauce, mashed potatoes, minced meat, etc.

Grease the sides and top with sauce and sprinkle with cheese, place in a cool place for three hours to soak. Before serving, decorate with herbs.

Quick Chicken Cake

This is the easiest and fastest cake to prepare using whole chicken fillet. It will be a hearty lunch and a wonderful snack for the whole hungry family.

Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken breasts;
  • 350 g hard cheese;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 fresh tomatoes;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper;
  • Greenery.

Preparation

Divide all five briskets into fillets - 10 pieces. It’s good to beat it on both sides, as for cue balls. To prevent meat juice from scattering in different directions, cover the meat with cling film. Salt each fillet and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Cover the bottom of the baking dish with foil and moisten with vegetable oil. For the first layer, spread two pieces of thin meat, cover with onion, previously cut into thin half rings, and pour boiling water for 30 seconds (to eliminate the pungent smell and taste). Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover the two pieces of fillet again and repeat each layer until the ingredients are complete.

Decorate the top with tomato rings. Wrap tightly with foil and place in the oven at 180 degrees, timer for 30 minutes. Then take it out, uncover the cake and let it brown for another 10 minutes. Serve on a plate with herbs and tomato slices.

Protein cake for drying

Ingredients for the recipe “Protein cake for drying”:

  • Squirrels - 10 pcs.
  • Yolks - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 200 gr.
  • Low-fat kefir - 50 gr.
  • Salad - 100 gr.
  • Greens - 50 gr.
  • Salt (to taste) - 2 gr.
  • Ground black pepper (to taste) - 2 gr.

How to prepare the dish “Protein cake for drying”

  1. Mix whites and yolks.
  2. Bake three egg pancakes in a non-stick frying pan without oil.
  3. Boil the breast, salt, pepper and cut as desired.
  4. Mix cottage cheese with herbs and kefir.
  5. Place a protein pancake in the pan, top it with a layer of cottage cheese, chicken and lettuce.
  6. Repeat the layers and cover everything with a protein pancake.
  7. Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak.
