Cake “Milk slice Kinder Penguy” step by step photo recipe
Mix flour and cocoa.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until foamy, gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Add honey, sugar, water, vanilla extract to the yolks and beat until light foam for about 2 minutes.
We combine the whites and yolks. Gently mix with folding movements from bottom to top. Sift cocoa into this mixture and mix everything well again.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 220 degrees for 7 minutes.
Cut the slightly cooled biscuit in half and wrap it in cling film so that it does not dry out while cooling.
While the biscuit is cooling, let's make the cream. Add the gelatin to the cream and let it sit until the gelatin swells.
Pour condensed milk, honey and vanilla extract into a bowl. Mix well.
In a water bath, bring the gelatin until completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Make sure it doesn't boil. We leave the gelatin in the turned off water bath so that it does not harden again while we work with the cream.
Whip the cream to stable peaks.
Mix condensed milk with whipped cream.
Place the filling on top of one part of the sponge cake and cover with the second sponge cake. Wrap the dessert in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The cake turns out to be an enlarged copy of the famous dessert in both appearance and taste. Bon appetit!

Cooking method
Biscuit
Step-by-step recipe for creating a sponge cake for the Kinder Penguy cake:
- Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and sift this mixture through a small strainer.
- In another bowl, beat regular and vanilla granulated sugar with eggs until a fluffy mixture without lumps is formed.
- Add bulk components to the egg mass in small portions, constantly stirring the composition.
- Pour the resulting dough into two identical round molds. Bake the biscuits for 25–40 minutes in the oven. To check the readiness of the cake base, insert a toothpick into its center - if there is no batter left on it, remove the cake layers and leave to cool slightly.
Decoration
Decoration is a creative stage that requires care and precision. You can use a picture or a Kinder wrapper as a sketch.
We roll out the white mastic on the table, cut out a piece from it according to our stencil and cover our cake with it, slightly pinching the bottom edge to fix it. Next, from the rolled out red mastic, we cut out a wave in the shape shown on the wrapper, with a size corresponding to the bottom of the cardboard blank. We lay the resulting wave on top of the top layer. The next step is to cut out the letters in accordance with the colors and place them on our cake. For added effect, you can also make a barcode out of thin lines and place it on the side.
Preparation
Let's start preparing this wonderful Dukan cake with a sponge cake.
And there is absolutely no hassle with him. Just mix all the ingredients. Beat everything until smooth. It turns out to be quite a liquid dough.
Pour into a silicone mold (use a mold 16-18 cm in diameter, otherwise the sponge cake will turn out very thin) and bake at 180 C until dry, about 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack
Cut the cooled cake into two lengthwise.
For the soufflé, soak gelatin in milk and leave for 10 minutes.
We do everything in a metal bowl so that it’s convenient later.
Whisk all other soufflé ingredients. Heat the swollen gelatin over low heat until dissolved. Pour into the curd mixture in a thin stream. Beat well again.
Leave in the cold for 5-10 minutes until the soufflé begins to harden. Do not pour liquid soufflé over the sponge cake, let it set!
It’s better to start making the soufflé when the cake is already in the oven because... it hardens very quickly. Place one cake layer in the mold in which it was baked. Pour the soufflé evenly. Cover with the second cake layer
Place in the refrigerator until it hardens! It turns out to be a big soufflé “cake”
Kinder Penguy cake ! Hundreds of people have already tried this recipe!
