For the recipe you need:
- fresh low-fat cottage cheese (450 grams);
- eggs (4 pieces);
- sugar (1 tablespoon), if you use it;
- dried fruits: prunes, dried apricots, raisins or any others to taste;
- a small pinch of soda.
1. Be sure to rub the cottage cheese or mash it with a fork, separate the whites and yolks from the eggs.
2. Whisk the whites with sugar into a good foam, and gently combine the yolks with the prepared curd.
3. Gently, using stirring, turning movements, combine the mixture of cottage cheese with whipped whites, add soda and dried fruits, previously scalded with boiling water.
