Fried potatoes are very tasty and aromatic, as are similar mushrooms. And if you mix them, you get an incredibly beautiful dish. Today I will show you a classic recipe for such a delicacy.

The method is very easy to prepare. It turns out great, and honey mushrooms give it some piquancy. And if you add sour cream and herbs to them, you will get a magnificent full-fledged second. Let's start soon!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 1 kilogram;
  • Onions – 2 jokes;
  • Mushrooms – 1 kilogram;
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying;
  • Sour cream - for serving;
  • Greens - to taste.

Cooking process:

1. I have fresh mushrooms, three varieties: chanterelles, honey mushrooms and boletus. They need to be thoroughly washed and cleaned.

You can take one type, for example, only honey mushrooms. According to your taste and desire.

2. Peel the onions and then cut them into small cubes. Then put it in a separate bowl.

3. Wash and peel the potatoes. Then cut into strips.

4. We put the chopped vegetable in cold water so that it does not darken.

Also, so that excess starch comes out.

5. Now let's take care of the mushrooms. They need to be properly washed, sorted and cleaned. Then we cut them into pieces. There is no need to make them small; they will shrink in size during the frying process.

6. Place the chopped honey mushrooms in a separate container.

7. Now take a frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it.

Heat well over the fire.

8. Place finely chopped onion into heated oil. Mix. Fry until transparent.

9. When it becomes transparent and starts to turn a little golden, add the mushrooms.

We have a kilogram of them. Don't be alarmed, they will all cook and settle.

10. Lightly mix them with onions.

11. Honey mushrooms produce a lot of water. They turn out to be stewed in their own juice.

We simmer them for 15 minutes.

12. After 15 minutes, the water from the mushrooms should evaporate and they will settle. Then transfer them from the frying pan to a plate. Let's put it aside for now.

13. In the same container in which we stewed, add vegetable oil and place our chopped potatoes.

14. Fry it while stirring.

You only need to do this three or four times during the process.

15. When preparing potatoes, do not be afraid to add vegetable oil. This way it will simmer better, will not burn, but will become fried and slightly browned.

16. We add a little salt on top, and then add our mushrooms and onions to it.

17. Salt them on top. Then mix everything.

18. After mixing, taste for salt.

If there is not enough, then we add it. Then simmer for a couple more minutes.

19. Place hot potatoes with mushrooms on plates and serve. You can pour sour cream on top and decorate with herbs.

When mushroom season begins and people go out on a quiet hunt, recipes for quickly preparing all the catch are in demand. Most of it is stored for the winter. But you have to leave something to eat.

The simplest and easiest way to process honey mushrooms is to fry them. You can do this together with potatoes, or you can do it separately. I personally don’t see any fundamental difference. I cook every time the way it’s convenient for me.

Ingredients:

  • Honey mushrooms - 1kg;
  • Potatoes - 1 kg;
  • Onion - 2 pcs.;
  • Oil - for frying.

Progress:

1. Prepare all ingredients: peel potatoes and onions. Honey mushrooms can be taken canned or fresh.

The latter will have to be boiled in advance.

2. Peel the onions and cut into bars. Fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown.

3. Place honey mushrooms washed and cleared of leaves and other debris onto it. First boil them in salted water and then rinse.

You can also use canned mushrooms. Then you don't need to cook them.

4. Simmer until they become soft. Then add peeled and cut into strips potatoes. Season with salt and cover with a lid.

Potatoes are the centerpiece of the classic Russian table. It can be boiled, fried or baked. Many other dishes are also made from it, such as pancakes, cutlets, zrazy and casseroles. But the most delicious thing is this vegetable fried with mushrooms. Today I will show you a similar recipe with frozen versions.

The method is very simple. Suitable for both fresh and frozen honey mushrooms. It turns out very cool and crispy. Let's begin!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 600 grams;
  • Frozen or fresh mushrooms – 250 grams;
  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Sunflower oil for frying – 100ml;
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking process:

1. Let's deal with mushrooms. If you have fresh ones, then you need to wash them thoroughly, then dry them with a napkin, and then cut them into pieces.

If they are frozen, then you don’t need to do anything with them, including defrosting them. Honey mushrooms are ideal, but you can use any to your taste.

2. Peel the onions, and then finely chop them into cubes.

3. Wash and peel the potatoes. Then we start cutting it.

I do this with straws. You can slice it into slices, cubes, or grate it thinly on a special grater.

4. Take a frying pan in which we will fry our mushrooms and vegetables. Pour vegetable oil into it.

5. We heat it up, and then add our honey mushrooms.

If they're frozen, we just put them on a hot surface. Turn up the heat and fry them until golden brown.

6. Then, when they arrive, we add the onions. We simmer it until it becomes transparent.

7. We stir constantly so that nothing burns.

Make the fire medium.

8. Then we remove the mushrooms, fried with onions, from the frying pan with a spoon into a separate container. And pour more vegetable oil on it.

9. We don’t feel sorry for him. Pour approximately 60-70ml. Heat the oil thoroughly.

10. Place potatoes on well-heated oil.

It shouldn't be wet. Before laying out, blot it with a towel.

11. Simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally in a frying pan to prevent it from burning. When it arrives it should be soft and slightly toasted.

12. When the potatoes have already gone, add mushrooms and onions to them.

13. Salt and pepper to taste. I added a teaspoon of salt.

I haven’t seasoned honey mushrooms and vegetables before.

14. Cover the potatoes with a lid and simmer for five minutes over low heat. Then mix everything again and you can serve.

Ingredients:

  • Honey mushrooms - 1kg;
  • Potatoes - 1 kg;
  • Sour cream - 250-300g;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Oil - for frying.

Progress:

1. Wash the mushrooms in running water and clean them from dry branches, leaves and other dirt.

You can scrape it a little with a knife.

2. Place them in a saucepan and add water. Add salt and cook for at least 15 minutes from the moment it boils.

3. Drain the mushrooms in a colander. Rinse them under running water and set aside to drain excess liquid.

4. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into small cubes.

Fry it in oil in a frying pan until golden brown.

5. Add mushrooms to it and simmer them together for a couple of minutes. Season with salt and add the potatoes cut into slices.

How to properly cook honey mushrooms with potatoes in a frying pan for the winter

This dish can be eaten both hot and cold. And some people put it in jars for the winter. Today I will show you how it's done.

It is very easy and simple to prepare. It can be made in two versions: either for consumption immediately, hot, or for preservation for the winter, in containers. Let's begin!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 600-700 grams;
  • Onions – 2 pieces;
  • Sour cream – 50 grams;
  • Mushrooms – 300 grams;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Greens - for decoration;
  • Vinegar 9% – 1-2 tablespoons.

Cooking process:

1. Let's start by preparing the products. Wash the potatoes and peel them. To have less starch in it, you can put the peeled starch in water. We also remove the peel from the onion. Wash the mushrooms if you have them fresh.

You can also take a jar of honey mushrooms that have been stored for the winter, or you can use frozen ones. But if you want to roll such a dish in a jar, then you need to take them fresh.

2. We clean and wash them. Then cut into pieces.

3. Boil honey mushrooms in salted water. When it boils, add mushrooms there. Simmer them after boiling for 10 minutes.

After they arrive, they will need to be thrown into a colander to drain excess liquid.

4. While they are cooking, cut the onion into thin half rings.

5. Take a frying pan and heat vegetable oil on it.

Then fry the onion, cut into half rings, until transparent and lightly golden.

6. While it arrives and the mushrooms are cooked, cut the potatoes. I chop it into thin slices. But you can also cut it into strips, cubes, or simply grate it into thin circles. Whatever you prefer.

7. After cutting, you need to put it on a napkin and also blot it on top so that there is no excess liquid.

8. Then add potatoes to the onions. Fry for about ten minutes until lightly browned.

9. When it turns golden, add boiled mushrooms to it.

If you want to store this dish in a jar for the winter, then you do not need to add sour cream. You need to add vinegar 9% (1-2 tablespoons) and fry everything until tender. Then place in sterile containers and close with sterile lids. This snack is perfect for cold weather. If you want to eat right away, then add sour cream, but do not need vinegar.

10. Then add 50 grams of sour cream to the potatoes with honey mushrooms and mix everything properly.

11. When everything is mixed, add a little salt and pepper to taste. Then cover the frying pan with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer for another ten minutes over low heat.

12. After five minutes, we check how our potatoes are doing. We taste it with a fork. If it’s too tough, let it simmer for another five minutes under the lid. And if it’s already soft, then turn off the heat and serve hot to the table.

For me it took another five minutes under the lid and it was done.

13. Now we will serve. Place vegetables on a plate. Wash and finely chop the greens to taste (dill, parsley). Sprinkle it on top.

Hot, very aromatic and incredibly cool potatoes with honey mushrooms are ready. Enjoy your meal!

This dish is not at all difficult to prepare, so even a young housewife can do it. First of all, select products from this list:

  • Honey mushrooms - from 300 to 500 grams, depending on the amount of potatoes. There should not be enough mushrooms. Ideally, it is better to take both ingredients in equal quantities.
  • Onions - one or two heads. If you don’t like this ingredient at all, you can do without it. Only then add green onions.
  • Potatoes - five to six medium tubers.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Black pepper - optional. You can eliminate this ingredient quite painlessly.
  • Water - from one to two liters.
  • Sunflower oil - two to three tablespoons. Which one should I take? Any. Both refined and “fragrant” are suitable here, since it all depends on taste preferences.

How long to cook fresh honey mushrooms for frying with potatoes

If you are going to fry fresh versions, then boil clean mushrooms in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse under running water. Place on a hot frying pan and simmer for at least 15 minutes. This is done until all the water is drained from them, and they themselves acquire a pleasant golden color. Experts say that when they are ready they will start shooting.

In order to explain this better, I will show you with an example. For this we need the following ingredients:

  • Boiled mushrooms - 200g;
  • Onions - 1 pc.;
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
  • Salt and pepper - to taste.

Progress:

1. Rinse the mushrooms under running water. Place in a saucepan and pour over. Salt the liquid when it bubbles.

Cook for 15 minutes after boiling.

2. While they are cooking, peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Drain the honey mushrooms in a colander, drain and rinse under running water. Pour oil into a frying pan and place them with onions in it.

3. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into strips.

When the mushrooms are browned, add it to them.

4. Add salt. Cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetable is cooked. Stir occasionally.

5. To get a crust on the potatoes, open the lid and fry until the desired color is obtained.
