  • Fillet 4 pieces
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Spices to taste.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Place the fillet in a deep bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix chopped garlic, soy sauce, vegetable oil and spices.
  3. Pour the marinade over the meat and stir.
  4. Cut the peeled onion into rings and place it between the meat so that it also marinates.
  5. Leave to marinate for 30–60 minutes.
  6. Light a fire in the grill. Prepare the coals.
  7. Transfer the meat to the barbecue grid and place on the grill.
  8. When the meat is golden brown, turn the mesh over.
  9. Smoke until golden brown on the second side.

Hot chicken breasts cooked on the grill can be eaten immediately “out of the heat.” This dish turns out very appetizing, thanks to the marinade - tender and juicy!
