How to cook chicken wings in honey sauce
To prepare amazingly delicious oriental chicken wings you will need:

- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper - to taste,

Wash the wings, dry them, marinate. That is, salt, pepper, add squeezed garlic (if you like it spicy, add more garlic, and vice versa).
Mix everything thoroughly and set aside to soak:

The wings have been marinated for about half an hour; we place them in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil:

3 hours have passed since the wings are marinating and it’s time to light the grill. Meanwhile, place the wings on the grill grate. First, fry the wings prepared in the first way.

During cooking, it is important to ensure that the wings do not burn. This can happen very quickly if the flash of fire is missed. Therefore, prepare water in a bottle in advance to extinguish the fire. Also, I heard from many cooks that if you pour salt on the coals, then there will be no large bursts of fire while the fat is dripping.
After 10-15 minutes, the kebab is ready. Cooking time will depend on the grill and heat. My coals were raised quite high in the grill and the wings were cooked in literally 7 minutes. There is little meat to the bone here, and when you fry them on one side, the meat under the skin cooks so intensely that you can see the marinade boiling inside the wings.
