If you want to salt the salmon, then sprinkle the fillet with a thick layer of salt and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Immediately before starting to prepare the salad, boil those foods that need heat treatment: potatoes, eggs, squid and shrimp. Cook the potatoes until soft for about 20 minutes. Boil the eggs hard-boiled, 8 minutes is enough for this. Cook the shrimp in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, and immerse the squid in boiling water in the same way. But we've been cooking for 3 minutes. Seafood is always undercooked, so take note of the time and set a timer to remove it from the stove on time.
So, when all these products have cooked and cooled, we begin to assemble the salad: grated potatoes will be the first layer, add a little salt, then pour over the mayonnaise mesh.
Cut the squid into strips, in this form they will easily fit into the salad.
Place a squid layer on the potatoes and lightly soak with mayonnaise.
Let's grate chicken eggs; such a product will not stand out much in a seafood salad, but will still add a pleasant taste and additional volume to the dish.
Distribute the eggs over the squid, lightly salt them and soak them in the sauce.
We also put the peeled shrimp in the salad; they do not need to be soaked in mayonnaise.
