Due to sugar, any vegetables and meat acquire a beautiful caramel color and acquire a pleasant taste characteristic of Asian dishes.

  5. Lightly extinguish.

Place on a large deep plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, eat with young rice wine or green tea. Don’t be shy – adjust the spiciness to your liking, making the dish spicier. Enjoy your meal!

What are wok noodles?

To prepare dishes of this type, a special frying pan is usually used - a wok, which resembles a hemisphere. Due to its unique shape, vegetables are cooked in it in a matter of minutes, maintaining their natural color, the meat acquires an appetizing crust, and the aroma of the dish makes the stomach rumble excitedly.

It was because of the name of the frying pan that the noodles cooked in it were later abbreviated as wok noodles. How to prepare the dish is described in detail in several recipes below, but it is recommended not to take the choice of the main ingredient too seriously and, if necessary, replace udon noodles with funchose, buckwheat soba with egg noodles for ramen - only Asians are not picky about this, so it’s worth taking with them an example.
