  1. First, let's prepare the sausages - grill them in the oven, in the microwave, or simply boil them in water. When they are cooked, set them aside and let them cool.
  2. We shred the Chinese cabbage or we can leave it in large leaves - as you prefer. In the latter case, the hot dog will be easier to bite - pieces of chopped greens will not fall out of it.
  3. We divide large leaves into 2-3 parts so that they are no longer than a sausage.
  4. Wash the tomato and cut into circles.
  5. Unroll the pita bread. If it seems too big, place two sausages on it at once or divide the sheet in half to make two servings of hot dogs.
  6. Place the sausage on one side, next to or on top 2-3 leaves of Chinese cabbage, several slices of tomatoes, pour everything with ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise or any of these if desired.
  7. We wrap the pita bread as usual with stuffed pancakes - first we turn in the edges and then roll it up.
