  • boiled rice - 400 g;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • ground paprika – 1 teaspoon;
  • salt to taste, ground black pepper (pinch);
  • red hot pepper - ½ teaspoon;
  • Dutch cheese – 150 g;
  • balsamic vinegar - 2 teaspoons.

Preparing the casserole:

  1. Boil the rice until cooked and leave to cool.
  2. Let's prepare the marinade: pour soy sauce into a small bowl, add vinegar, ground red and black pepper, add paprika, and mix everything well.
  3. Now let’s process the liver, cut off all excess, and fill it with aromatic marinade.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings and saute it in vegetable oil, then add grated carrots to the onion and continue frying.
  5. Place the fried vegetables in a cup with boiled rice.
  6. In the frying pan where we just fried the vegetables, we put the pickled liver and fry it too.
  7. After the liver is thoroughly fried, combine it with the rice-vegetable mixture and add a little salt to your taste and mix everything carefully.

  • potato;

This casserole is prepared as follows:

  1. First, prepare the vegetables for chopping, that is, wash, peel and chop them. Next, wash the liver, peel off the film and cut into pieces.
  2. Then grind all the ingredients. For this it is better to use a meat grinder. Then the vegetables and liver will not turn into puree. After mixing all the ingredients, salt them. Grease with oil and place the mixture there.

We will prepare a dietary casserole with buckwheat from pork liver. Pork liver is a very difficult task for cooks, especially beginners.

How to prepare a dish from pork liver so that it does not taste bitter?

  • 15 g flour;

Ingredients for cooking:

  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • beef liver - 300 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • one egg;
  • milk - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • onion - one large onion;
  • one large carrot;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • pepper, salt - to taste;
  • vegetable oil, breadcrumbs or semolina.

Preparing potato casserole:

  1. Wash, peel and boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Let's wash the liver, blood vessels and films for now.
  3. Boil the liver in salted boiling water, and then grate it and all the excess will come off very easily.
  4. You need to cook the liver for 20 minutes, periodically removing the foam. When the liver is cooked until tender, remove the top film and grate it.
  5. Now chop and sauté the onion in a frying pan. When it becomes almost transparent, add grated carrots and fry until they become soft.
  6. After this, combine the fried vegetables with grated liver, add the garlic passed through a press and pour in the milk. Stir and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Lightly pepper and salt the minced liver and mix.
  8. Mash the potatoes with a masher and prepare puree: add a lightly beaten egg and softened butter, add a little salt and mix well.
