Pork loin is a tender and juicy piece of meat cut from the back of a pig. At the same time, it is the least fatty part of the animal. The loin is usually sold with part of the back bone and ribs, by which it is easily recognized. It is also often surrounded by a layer of fat, which should not be too large. Such meat easily turns into a tasty snack, regardless of which method of preparation was chosen. It is often fried or stewed, as it does not take much time and effort. Pan-fried pork loin can be cooked into steaks, chops, or smaller pieces. Often the main ingredient is supplemented with potatoes or other vegetables. This allows you to significantly diversify your daily menu.
