Step by step recipe
- Place 100 g of butter and 250 g of sugar in a deep bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

- Before starting to work with the dough, I recommend turning on the oven to 180 degrees. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into two equal parts. Knead the first part with your hands and roll it out into a layer, sprinkling it well with flour.
- Place it in a deep baking dish. We used a silicone mold. You can use the one you have at home. If the mold is not silicone, sprinkle it with flour.
- Level the dough into shape and pour half of the blueberries into it. Sprinkle 50 g of sugar generously on top of the berries.
- Pour in the remaining blueberries and also sprinkle with 50 g of sugar.
- Roll out the second part of the dough and cover our pie with it. Remove excess dough and fold the edges in a circle. Poke the entire surface of the pie with a fork to allow air to escape.
- Place the pie in the oven for 35 minutes, which is already turned on at 180 degrees.
- A golden crust on the pie will indicate that it is ready. We take it out and leave it to cool for 2.5 hours, if you and your family can withstand that much time.

Second phase
- Set the oven to preheat to 220 degrees.
- Melt the butter until liquid and allow it to cool slightly.
- Next, put the shortbread cookies in a blender, fill them with melted butter and pour in the remaining granulated sugar.
- Grind everything thoroughly into crumbs.
- Next, spread the sand crumbs into a baking dish in a thin, even layer and press them slightly to the bottom.
- Place the crumbs in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
Third stage
- Meanwhile, whip the cream into a fluffy mass using a mixer.
- Then, in a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and stir everything thoroughly.
- After this, carefully fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
The final stage
- Carefully place the creamy layer on the prepared shortbread crust.
- Spread the cooled blueberry mixture evenly on top.
- Then put the pie in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours so that it hardens properly.
- After the specified time has passed, remove the product from the refrigerator and cut into portions.
