Chicken fillet rolls with curd cheese are an incredibly tasty, tender and satisfying dish that will become the highlight of your table. Take note of the recipe!

Cooking steps

Rinse the greens with water, drain in a colander, and let dry a little.

Add garlic, passed through a press, to the cottage cheese.

Cut each chicken fillet without cutting all the way through (as in the photo) to create a “pocket”.

Grate the zucchini pulp, peeled and seeds, on a fine grater and add to the cottage cheese with garlic, mix the curd mass. If you don’t have zucchini, you can cook it without it.

Roll chicken fillet in herbs and spices, add salt to taste.

Cut the greens into small pieces.

Add greens to the curd mass, add salt and stir.

Fill the “pocket” in the chicken fillet with a mixture of cottage cheese and herbs.

Pinch the edges of the “pocket” with toothpicks so that the filling does not leak out or fall out. Place the stuffed fillet in a heat-resistant dish.

Preparation

Chicken breast baked with cottage cheese is prepared in the oven quite quickly, the process will take about 30 minutes.

This recipe for chicken breast baked with curd mass is the simplest. You can expand the ingredients to include basil, thyme, marjoram or oregano. You can add greens to the curd mass, or sprinkle finely chopped herbs on the finished dish. Breast with cottage cheese and herbs in the oven will turn out much more flavorful.

Meat stuffed with cottage cheese

Chicken stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs is a more interesting variation of oven-baked breast. Stuffing the fillet is recommended for those who do not like dry meat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg white meat fillet;
  • 300 g cottage cheese (fat content up to 5%);
  • 400 ml kefir;
  • herbs to taste (onion, parsley, dill);
  • spices to taste;
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil.

Cooking time for chicken breast stuffed with cottage cheese: 45 minutes

Preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken pieces, pour kefir, add spices and marinate for half an hour. The longer you leave the meat to marinate, the juicier it will be.
  2. Lightly knead the curd mass without turning it homogeneous, add salt, spices, and finely chopped herbs.

  3. After a sufficient amount of time, remove the chicken from the marinade, make horizontal cuts and slightly open the resulting edges.

  4. Add the filling with a spoon, form into a roll and secure the edges with wooden toothpicks.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  6. Place the resulting rolls in a lightly greased pan. To prevent the edges of the pocket from opening, place them with toothpicks on top.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes without reducing the oven temperature.

Chicken fillet stuffed with cottage cheese and herbs is ready! You can serve it by cutting it into small circles.

To prepare, take:

  • chicken fillet - 3 pieces (total weight approximately 500 g);
  • cold water - 500 ml;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • curd cheese - 80 g (I have Hochland in the photo, but you can use Kaymak, Almette, etc.);
  • butter at room temperature - 50 g;
  • bacon, cut into thin slices - 150 g;
  • Italian herbs - 1 teaspoon;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • olive oil for greasing the mold.

How to Stuff Chicken Breast with Cheese and Peaches

In addition to peaches, you can use apricots or pineapples; the cooking technology remains the same.

Take:

  • Chicken breasts – 4 pcs.
  • Peaches – 250 gr.
  • Cheese, hard – 150 gr.
  • Sour cream – 3 tablespoons.
  • Garlic cloves – a couple.
  • Parmesan cheese – 10 gr.
  • Salt.

Cooking in the oven:

  1. Make small cuts in the chicken fillet to create pockets. Rub the meat with salt.
  2. Add the peaches, dividing them into pitted halves. Put in as much as will fit.
  3. Grate the cheese into fine crumbs, add it to the bowl with sour cream. Pass the garlic cloves through a press and add to the sour cream sauce.
  4. Stuff the pockets, placing them on top of the peaches (as much will go in, but don’t put too much, it will leak out).
  5. Seal the edges of the pockets to prevent the filling from slipping out. Place on the bottom of the oiled pan.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

For many years now, chicken meat has been known as tender and delicate. Most breast dishes have a very moderate taste and not too strong aroma. It's time to break the mold and change stereotypes. We recommend preparing spicy chicken rolls with cheese, herbs and garlic to taste a real storm on your plate.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Fresh dill – 1 bunch
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Mustard – 1 tbsp.

Using simple ingredients, in just half an hour you can prepare a magnificent holiday dish with a “secret” of cheese, bacon, and pickles.

You will need:

  • Breast fillet – 3 halves.
  • Ham – 120 gr.
  • Cheese – 100 gr.
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Egg.
  • Ready mustard - 3 small spoons.
  • Italian herbs – 2 small spoons.
  • Breadcrumbs – 100 gr.
  • Salt, sunflower oil.

Step by step recipe:

Rinse the breasts and dry them slightly with a paper towel. Cut along the side, making a small but deep enough pocket to accommodate the filling. Don’t cut it all the way, see how it’s done in the photo.

Cover the workpiece with cling film and beat the meat a little with a kitchen hammer.

Sprinkle the meat with herbs, salt, and generously coat with mustard on one side. Set aside for a quarter of an hour.

Cut 3 slices from a piece of cheese.

Prepare the ham by also cutting 3 pieces. Try to ensure that the size of the cheese and ham matches the size of the pocket on the breast.

Cut the cucumbers into slices, dividing them lengthwise.

Place the stuffed chicken piece in your palm, mustard side up. Place a plate of ham, cheese, and 2 slices of cucumber on top.

Unfold the meat piece from below and turn it inside out, as it were.

As a result, all the filling will be inside.

In one plate, beat the egg with a fork, pour crackers on another. Double bread the workpiece.

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut it into thin layers and beat it with a hammer. Salt and pepper the meat.

Pound the chicken breast through a layer of cling film. This way the fibers will be less damaged and the liquid will not splash across the work surface.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop the dill with a chef's knife.

Mix the filling ingredients with mayonnaise and carefully place 1 tbsp. for each layer.

Form chicken rolls and wrap them lightly with thread to prevent them from unrolling during cooking.
