What you will need

  • Chicken fillet - 2 pieces;
  • champignons - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • bread crumbs - 50 g;
  • sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste

Chicken fillet for this recipe must be of the highest quality. In this case, the rolls will turn out tasty and juicy.

How to cook

  1. Cut each chicken fillet into two parts. You will get 4 identical pieces. Sprinkle the meat with salt, lightly black pepper and pound.

  1. Rinse the champignons under running water and cut into medium-sized pieces.

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Fry it in a frying pan. When the onion turns golden, add mushrooms to it. Fry the mixture for about 10 minutes.

  1. Place a tablespoon of filling on each piece of chopped chicken meat. Wrap the meat with the filling in the form of a roll. Fasten in any convenient way, but it is better to tie with thread.

The other day I prepared a wonderful dish - champignons stuffed with chicken and cheese. They turned out tasty, juicy and very appetizing. But today we have a different recipe with our favorite mushrooms - chicken rolls with mushrooms and ham. Let's cook?

What you will need

  • Chicken legs (broiler) 2 pcs;
  • lemon juice 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil, salt, pepper;
  • mushrooms (forest or champignons) 200 g;
  • onion 1 piece;
  • ham 30 g;
  • mozzarella cheese 30 g;
  • hard cheese 30 g;
  • egg 1 pc.

Chicken legs for this recipe must be of good quality. Carefully separate the meat from the bones, leaving the skin on.

How to cook

  1. Lightly pound the breast, then grate with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and vegetable oil. Leave to soak for about 30 minutes.
  1. Now let's prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion.

  1. Wash the mushrooms, peel and cut into small pieces.
  1. Fry the onion in a frying pan for about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and fry for about 15 minutes.

  2. Grate hard cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add salt.

  1. Add a spoonful of raw beaten eggs. Very carefully wrap the chicken and tie with thread.

  1. Fry in well-heated oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
  2. Then pour in more oil if necessary, transfer to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes.

Appetizing fillet without mayonnaise

This recipe contains a completely different sauce - based on spices and sour cream. For this dish you need to take:

  • 350 grams of fillet;
  • one hundred grams of mushrooms;
  • 40 grams of hard cheese;
  • garlic clove;
  • salt and black pepper;
  • onion head;
  • a little vegetable oil.

First, wash the fillet, lightly beat it, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Leave for a couple of minutes.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Mushrooms are cut into slices. Onions are fried in vegetable oil, then champignons are added. Cook everything together until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated.

The garlic is peeled and passed through a press. Add to sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Place the fillet in a baking dish. Cover it with a mixture of onions and mushrooms, grease with sour cream. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the chicken with cheese and champignons in the oven for about twenty minutes. The temperature is maintained within 200 degrees.

Classic chicken rolls

Chicken rolls according to the classic recipe are an excellent dish for the whole family. It does not have a high calorie content, but stands out for its aroma, beauty and taste. Therefore, be sure to prepare classic chicken rolls according to this recipe.

What you will need

  • 700-800 grams of white meat;
  • 300 grams of champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 grams of cheese (I used “Russian”);
  • salt pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Champignons can be replaced here with any other mushrooms. It is not at all necessary to take fresh ones; you can also choose a frozen version.

How to cook

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Do the same with mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil, but be careful not to burn anything.
  1. Add sour cream to the mixture in the pan and simmer for another 4 minutes.

  1. Grate the cheese. Place in the pan with the other ingredients.
  2. Make sure the cheese is completely melted. Salt and pepper.
  1. Cut the white meat into long strips, about one and a half centimeters thick. Beat it a little, but very carefully.
  1. Salt and pepper each piece.
  2. Cut baking foil into squares.
  3. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each chop.
  4. Wrap the meat in foil into a roll. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with a side dish, or as an independent dish.

A simple holiday appetizer

This snack option is not only delicious, but also looks great. To prepare it you need to take:

  • three hundred grams of chicken fillet;
  • 20 large champignons;
  • one hundred grams of hard cheese;
  • a large onion;
  • a couple of tablespoons of butter;
  • a little spice to your liking.

To begin with, the champignons are carefully divided into caps and stems. They take out all their caps so that they are empty. The resulting pulp and legs are finely chopped. The onion head is cleaned and also cut as small as possible.

The meat is washed, dried and chopped using a blender. Mushrooms, onions and meat are fried in butter. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated from the pan, season the ingredients to taste.

It is better to grease the baking tray with oil so that the pieces do not stick. Place the caps, put the filling in them and sprinkle with a pinch of grated cheese. Place the snacks in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25 minutes.
