What's good about this recipe for meat with green beans and potatoes in the oven? Because you can easily and quickly prepare a full dinner on one baking sheet, without dirtying a lot of dishes. Tender pork chops with a delicious crust, baked green beans and crispy potatoes make this dish surprisingly tasty.

For this dish, take pieces of pork 1.5-2.5 cm thick. To make the meat more tender, beat it. The thinner the pieces of meat, the smaller the potatoes need to be cut (so that they have time to cook and the pork does not become dry).

The amount of ingredients may vary depending on the size of the baking sheet. So, you will need:

  • Potatoes 6 pcs. (500 g)
  • Green beans 200 g
  • Pork 2 pieces (300-400 g)
  • Small onion 2 pcs.
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt 2/3 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper 2/3 tsp.
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp.
  • Dried parsley 1 tsp.
  • Dried dill ½ tsp.
  • Ground red pepper ¼ tsp.
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • Fresh parsley for serving

Recipe for cooking pork with potatoes and green beans in the oven

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil.

2. Mix seasonings in a small bowl: salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried dill and red hot pepper.

3. If you bake potatoes with their skins on, wash them well with a brush. Cut into medium pieces.

4. Pass the garlic through a garlic press.

5. If necessary, lightly pound the pork pieces.

6. Place pork, green beans, and potatoes in a container or bowl. Sprinkle with garlic and spice mixture and add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed.

7.Place the pork, green beans and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

8. Bake until meat and vegetables are done. For a golden brown crust, increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for a few more minutes.

9. Remove the meat with green beans and potatoes from the oven, cool slightly, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.

I noticed one interesting thing: green beans go perfectly with any vegetables, so the composition of this recipe can be changed at your discretion. Ingredients:

  • Meat (pork is best) - 300 grams,
  • Onion - 1 pc. (if small, you can take 2),
  • Carrots - 1 pc.,
  • green beans - 400 gr.,
  • Tomatoes - 3 medium-sized pieces,
  • Garlic - 2 cloves,
  • Water - 1.5 cups,
  • Salt,
  • Fresh greens.
