  • Chicken breast – 500 gr.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Dill, parsley
  • Salt, black pepper - to taste
  • Paprika, oregano, vegeta - 1 teaspoon each
  • Bay leaf
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons

1. Heat vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan.

2. Cut the chicken fillet, pour into a pan with oil and fry, stirring.

3. Peel and cut onions, potatoes. Grate the carrots onto a coarse grater.

4. Add onions and carrots to the browned meat and lightly fry.

5. Now you can add potatoes and pre-soaked and washed lentils to the pan. Fill with 2 liters of water.

6. Add salt, pepper, spices to our dish and cook covered for 25 minutes until the potatoes and cereals are fully cooked.

8. Before the end of cooking, add bay leaf and herbs. Our soup is ready. Bon appetit!
